Or you could get a card yourself. Then you can have 24 plants for the both of you and not have to go through the BS registering and fees of a ‘caregiver’…

I already have a card. I am wanting her to get one too. We are both over 65 so its like 20 bucks plus the 50 dollar fee from the “doctor”. Are you saying I wont need to tell them I am her caregiver? My thinking was that each patient is allowed what it says on the back of the card.

yes, you’re both allowed 12 plants each. 6 in veg 6 in flower. the wife and I both have cards also for 3 yrs now. No problems, we keep our personal plants separated from the commercial plants. but they’re all together…12 in veg 12 in flower. We’ve never had to worry about the caregiver thing
edit… and being a commercial licensed biz. OMMA would be up our ass if we did anything wrong lol.

New York cultivation rules are stupid six plants per adult Max 12 per household half in flower half in veg mad patient which I am don’t get to grow anymore then recreational supposed to be 6 months from when it passed for med patients and a year after the first dispensary opens for recreational growers but nobody’s waiting kind of makes it pointless to pay for the card but it could have been worse Cuomo didn’t want anybody to grow

AZ is 6 per adult, up to 12 per house, as well. I didnt like that at first, since I have so many I want to grow out, but I don’t think I could keep up with more, all by myself. fwiw

Here it’s just the wife and me with our son helping…a very small ‘mom-n-pop’ family op. Small batch, top shelf, organic. We usually keep about 500-700 plants going in veg and bud… a twice-monthly harvest schedule. But we’re both retired and have nothing but time to garden

Here in my specific county in CA I can have 6 plants outdoor as long as you can’t see them from the street and you can’t grow within a 500ft of a school zone, but can have as many indoor as I want… However I promised my landlord that I wouldn’t grow here at all because the last tenant somehow set the garage on fire with their grow op

The thing with the caregiver it is free , but technically you are not supposed to be messing with another person’s medicine unless you are listed as a caregiver . It’s the technicalities of how our laws are written . But being its just you two and not 4 or 5 people in one home you shouldn’t have an issue .
