How far do you guys keep your quantum boards away from the plants when they are young seedlings. I’ve been having some issues with my plants curling under and they just look unhappy. I did turn the power way down and had the light about 18 inches away.

I use Fluorescent lightbulbs for young plants works better for me the quantum board I find if it’s too close will burn up my plants
I would keep the plants 24 inches or better away from the light

For me, usually 18" is sufficient. I’m having that issue myself right now, so it may be somewhat strain dependent?

I like to keep the lux at 10-15k(I picked a cheap klein meter) for seedlings depending on the color temp of the board. Usually two feet or so away turned down. I got your gojis under that much right now and they’re doing great. Less than 10k and they’re gonna stretch. Around 20+ they’re gonna be turning over or just straight up frying. If in doubt, start low wattage and high up and watch 'em over a day or two. If they get stretchy lower the light and/or turn up the wattage, once they stop stretching a bunch you’ll know roughly where you need to be at. The meter helps a ton though, even if it’s not accurate for par it at least will get you on the ballpark

Hi all just a quick note CB end of week 6 , filled Rez at 1030 ppm’s feed 1/3/3 jacks ,drinking 2.25 gallons a day damn skippy she’s thirsty
And the buds are bulking up quickly , I’ve always feed slow and steady but I read a ppm schedule that @George posted and at the late stage o f flowering boosting ppm looked interesting so I figured why not

So you are in the no flushing side? box|nullxnull Someone told me to just lower nutes in the final stage instead of flushing and that’s what I did. Yours are looking great ATM, will be interesting the smoke report to see if high ppm’s entripao|nullxnull at the end affects in some way flavour and harshness … :sunglasses:

Chuckys bride, I’ve grown many times and historically is know for small yields well this round I really see major improvement, it a killer combo Octopots and jacks feeding schedule which was well developed by @ifish, @GramTorino , a long lost brother jedthro ! :facepunch::thought_balloon::thought_balloon::thought_balloon:
The increasing of the ppm they seem to love it
I’ve been increasing the ppm from the beginning and It’s very effective thanks again @George
For the info :facepunch::thought_balloon::thought_balloon::thought_balloon:
I’ve also grown Blue moon magoo and damage case before they also have increased greatly
Just for the record the damage case is ( Psychosis x huckleberry Kush) x (psychosis x herijuana )
And it’s drinking about 1&3/4 gallons a day she’s at the end of week 5

hey Paps, I found out the other Sinister strain I have; Lost in Space (Apollo 13 x Blue Moon Rocks), and I was wrong on the Snow Queen, it’s Snow Kush f2 (Huck Kush x Snow Queen). They both should be good.

Looking good with the CB! peace

Hi all well it’s week 7 in the feeding schedule after the flip For Chuckys Bride she’s drinking 5 gallons in 4days humidity was hi today 70 percent so I increased the fan intake for air flow and temps was 76 degrees
Buds are stacking nicely I raised the ppm to 1030 and I noticed the tips burnt a bit so I’ll back off a little next Rez re fill

The new hlg 100 is awesome it looks like the lady likes it

In the big tent it’s week 5 of the feeding schedule after the flip , the 2 beasts in the back ( sinister seeds left side Blue Moon Magoo and on the right is Damage Case ) have take over the room and had to be super cropped, bent and tied back and still the buds and hitting the light some even are bleached out from the light the stems on those two are thick an two bic lighter typed together lol :joy: these two are drinking 5 gallons in 4 days as well
Now the front two petolia pink on the front left and the banana OG x strawberry sis on the right will do well but have been taken over by the back two
The banana will need extra time to finish I feel at least 2 weeks longer then the rest
