Getting started - Please read my offer

Ptsd mainly and also pain would be a plus.

My ptsd cripples me to the point of not leaving my home. I literally had to give up my booth at the local market because I get to nervous and couldn’t talk/ answer simple questions people asked about my work.
Weed has helped in the past. Especially one strain / I just don’t remember the name. But it made feel normal for once. I’m hoping to maybe run into the name here… but from the looks of the breeders section. Their are 1000,a of strains, so my search is gonna take a lot longer than expected. Hoping to find something better on the way. It’s been 6yrs - so I’m sure new genetics better.

:raised_hands: nice!! Wish I would of met you sooner. I have that lens here… I started off using this OM2 two years ago and learned alot with it. It’s retired now and just became wall art. (That gangster photo was the last one that I did in it before I switched to co2. Are you also doing tiles??

Check out Imag-r.com to process your images (free site / pretty good quality - if you are not already processing your own way…

There’s quite a few strains that soothe PTSD.

Afghan #1, Sourblutooth, NL5, etc… You’ll find one that works for you in no time!

Thanks! Im going to type those into the search bar and read about them. I appreciate the advice. These names are quite interesting…

For the past 5yrs. I been using non smokeable products because it wasn’t legal here yet to grow or smoke for even us medical people.

I only know weed really by only these names… I’m very new into this. My doctors believed making me a pill head was better

Hey bud. Truly amazing thing you got going here.

Welcome to ny medical!!

This was the powder… We now have flower but it’s VERY expensive for me. Before the flower they only offered here in NY where -
Vape, powder, pills and they had honey sucking candy and one other way.
The powder was the best bang for the buck and only thing that made me feel something. The oil was also way to pricy. 0.5 for $125

Would you know of a list of effective strains for ptsd?
My thoughts are afghans from traditional thinking of broad leaf plants. I’m thinking BOG would have some good stuff, maybe sunshine daydream?

@DudeWithLasers
You may also wanna read up about microdosing psilocybin mushrooms or truffels.
There’s a thread on here with people growing them, lots of very useful info!
They have helped me a lot too. Really helps you find what is most important in your life and brings a lot of clarity!

I realize you said fem autos for your request of seeds. I know that everyone will be helpful and supportive of your search for relief.
Once your more comfortable with growing your own medication, you might want to consider clones. Once you find one or two that work consistently for you, you can focus on them so you have consistent relief.

Yes! I definitely want to do this. I been reading peoples journals on here. Very interesting concept.

That is mafia business…

@Emeraldgreen

Sourblutooth is by BOG, stupidly potent. Very soothing and heavy on the body but very lucid and clearheaded.

Sensi Seeds Afghan #1 I found to be very body strong too but with added bliss.

I grew NL5xAfghan by Mr.Nice which was very calming too and inspiring creativity.

Those are the ones that have stood out to me since I started growing a few years back.

But yeah, typically broad leaf Afghan plants are most soothing but there’s always exceptions ofcourse.

I love popping seeds, because every one is different! Different smells, growth patterns, effects. That is why I am suggesting clones. You will know what to expect from your flower each time.
This is much harder popping seeds for consistency.
I know someone in here suggests keeping a journal on each strain you try. This will help you find what works best for you. @Rogue gave a list of strains and their effects. The sourblutooth sounds like nighttime use while the other two sound like they’re better for daytime.

There is a section on cloning. There are a bunch of different ways to do it.

overgrow is all about “sharing is caring”.
so i want to take care of you, brother

i’d feel very happy to send you a little carepack of my hubmle hacks.
i don’t create fems or autos, but maybe some of those regular-lines
are interesting enough to trade for something you actually seek.

I think you should check out Romulan. It’s a US invented strain, Pyramid seeds carries it (which is the only supplier that supplies Romulan seed to Europe AFAIK) but there might be a lot more breeders with their own version of it over in the US/Canada.

It’s a VERY much liked strain by anyone battling stress, pain, anxiety, and ptsd. Pro tip: It is a bit more prone to mold out so do keep an eye on ventilation and do pry open up the buds a bit when checking for mold problems as it can be creeping inside before it gets to the surface of the bud.

(If you do find mold, best thing is to harvest immediately, maybe wash the buds with Nuke Em to get rid of any mold spores, then do a clean water dunk, shake off excess and dry as usual but with excessive during ventilation the first 2 days.)

I invite anyone who knows Romulan to give a …/10 rating for anxiety/pain/ptsd/stress; I’m willing to bet we won’t find any numbers lower than 7/10.

For me it’s a10/10 for anxiety; I can’t even smoke myself into an axious state if I try with this bud.

Sativa oriented bud is usually more prone to triggering anxiety for me, and believe it or not, so are most Sativa CBD strains.

So for me it’s not related to CBD as much as it is to terpenes. Tropical/fruity flavors, like Pineapple, or a tropical fruit mix, but not mango, are prone to an increase in anxiety for me. Kushy, garlicy, piney, lavender like strains usually help me a shitload. Mango strains usually put me in a good mood with little to no anxiety at all.

There are a few Sativa ones that work for me as well though, but usually they are not the strains that are highly liked in the general rec market. I don’t think any of you knows Amajikoym? That’s a Sativa I can really enjoy. A few hazes, but not all of them. I can take a bit of gas, but not too much usually.
