I think you should check out Romulan. It’s a US invented strain, Pyramid seeds carries it (which is the only supplier that supplies Romulan seed to Europe AFAIK) but there might be a lot more breeders with their own version of it over in the US/Canada.
It’s a VERY much liked strain by anyone battling stress, pain, anxiety, and ptsd. Pro tip: It is a bit more prone to mold out so do keep an eye on ventilation and do pry open up the buds a bit when checking for mold problems as it can be creeping inside before it gets to the surface of the bud.
(If you do find mold, best thing is to harvest immediately, maybe wash the buds with Nuke Em to get rid of any mold spores, then do a clean water dunk, shake off excess and dry as usual but with excessive during ventilation the first 2 days.)
I invite anyone who knows Romulan to give a …/10 rating for anxiety/pain/ptsd/stress; I’m willing to bet we won’t find any numbers lower than 7/10.
For me it’s a10/10 for anxiety; I can’t even smoke myself into an axious state if I try with this bud.
Sativa oriented bud is usually more prone to triggering anxiety for me, and believe it or not, so are most Sativa CBD strains.
So for me it’s not related to CBD as much as it is to terpenes. Tropical/fruity flavors, like Pineapple, or a tropical fruit mix, but not mango, are prone to an increase in anxiety for me. Kushy, garlicy, piney, lavender like strains usually help me a shitload. Mango strains usually put me in a good mood with little to no anxiety at all.
There are a few Sativa ones that work for me as well though, but usually they are not the strains that are highly liked in the general rec market. I don’t think any of you knows Amajikoym? That’s a Sativa I can really enjoy. A few hazes, but not all of them. I can take a bit of gas, but not too much usually.
