- I couldn’t wait and cooked a few early just to sample, dough cooks much better chilled LOL these are a little too cooked and not evenly shaped but i was dying to test the potency… I never got a chance to bake like this with my last crop…
you can’t taste weed at all , you can slightly taste the piney bite of the G99 but just barely, plus I ate the cookie hot and they really need a little time to setup . I’m not quite sure what the MG of THC will be but they are potent as hell, especially considering how small and innocent they are…someone could pop back 3 and not even realize they were an edible…
So basically you use 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of lard. you use those 2 tablespoons to mix with the still hot just decarbed rosin . then you put the sugar in your mixer bowl then add the fat, both the infused and the 1/2 cup of clean… I go by weight on my fat and my flour, sugar and spices I do by volume… Anyways I fully mix the fat and the sugar then I add 1 egg and 1/4 cup molasses … whip that all up…
in a separate bowl I add and mix 240 grams of flour, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon , 1 tablespoon Ground Ginger, 1/2 tablespoon Ground Clove, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg , 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon Baking soda…
Then you need to add the dry ingredients into your wet ingredients. I let the mixer run at a lower speed then add the dry as cleanly as I can without spitting flour all over the counter LOL … Then let it mix thoroughly and your done !!!
Now the dough cooks best when its chilled… if you cook the dough warm you’ll want to lower the temp and adjust time. With chilled dough I cook them for 9 minutes at 350 , convection oven on a American Steel heavy duty Bake Sheet … today I cooked on a crappy old piece of rusty tin and slightly burn my cookies LOL i was lazy and didn’t want to clean my good pan for my samples…
So once you have the chilled dough you need to weight it out into 8 gram portions, roll them in a ball and toss them into a bag or bowl of sugar… sometimes I’ll put them all into a big bag of sugar and let them sit overnight in the fridge. you get a little heavier sugar crust that way… this is the finishing touch and what seems to really set them off
these are a drop cookie, so you put them down as a little ball, they will self level on their own
I am high as hell so if you see any errors please ask me, ill be more then happy to double check …I’d love nothing more then for a few of you to give this recipe a try.
You use an arbor to prepress? Damn thats nuts.
My Dake B-10 is leaking hydraulic fluid and i was going to attempt a repair but came across a Reddit post saying those are difficult to repair once broken and it will still most likely leak. Then they got me scared of hydraulic fluid injection from leaky pumps.

Yes… I already had it for pressing tungsten weights into cranks ! but yes the arbor press makes pre-press a breeze !

Sad to say but so far these plants are not weighing up like the last time. the bud is amazing and the crop is still quite good. But I am more towards 8 lbs then 10lbs . I am only counting saleable bud, I have no intention to sell any but when I weigh a crop I only weight actual saleable bud…not the small pieces I traditionally would keep for shatter.
Another thing is funny is this crops bud looks more frosty and ripe but last crops pressed out more rosin on the same genetic.
For a 7x 12 with only 2000w your killing it even at 8 lb for real. Thats say 4-1/2,.4x4s 2lb dry in each 4x4 area consistant is crushing it. 2g+ a watt too.
Impressive plants what size pots you running ? Look to between 1.5 -2 gallon.
