Greetings fellow Jerry heads! I havenā€™t checked in here in a few but wanted to let yā€™all know there have been some fun additions to August Westā€™s mega.nz drive. I recently added video of JRADā€™s 10th Anniversary run (it was sick af!) Plan to add more LOM, JGB etc as time allows. @BarefootAndBlazed has shared some tasty nuggets as well.
Believe it if you need it. If you donā€™t, just pass it on.

Sounds like fun! Have a great time, wish I was going with. Have seen Ratdog a few times. Most notably, pretty much, the day/night Jerry died, we were in Central Park NYC, seeing Ratdog and The Band :open_mouth: - not sure of the timing on that, but it was within hours :frowning:

Bobby, a prolific ā€˜pre-gamerā€™,in his own right, was still snackinā€™ on 'shrooms right before hitting the stage, as of a few years ago. :wink: - so, a little birdie says :slight_smile:

All this Ratty talk, has me remembering a Wasserman Trioā€™s show we went to back in our heyday. Never could get the tape, but the show is available on archive :slight_smile:

This was the only time I saw Lou Reed live, and Iā€™m glad I did. Lou had something special.

Iā€™m gonna come back, and do a show from another band at the Beacon, soon after Jerryā€™s death.

First Deadhead to guess the band I am alluding to, wins my choice of a pack of fire seeds from my stash.

@Cartwright is it Rusted Root or The Black Crowes?

No, but the Crowes was a solid guess, they loved the tribute stuff. We caught them with the Big Band Plant Page tour, at the beach. The ā€˜Four Sticksā€™ was feckin epic!!! @LedZeppelin :wink:

John Prine @Cartwrightā€¦ last guess :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::sunglasses::v:

This was not a ā€˜tributeā€™ show, to Jerry, but it was close to his passing. So, no google search will help here;

The answer is closer than you think :wink:

Iā€™m getting goosebumps, thinking about the second set

Iā€™ll be giving that Trios show a listen. I enjoy that album but have never heard it live.
