I forgot about this thread. I’ve got 3 Super Lemon Putang x Run Away Bride that just got flipped yesterday. The lowers have had an initial defol and selective branch removal. Topped once. I would have liked to top a second time before flowering them. Some time issues. Not a big deal. I thought I had better pictures. I’ll get some next time they’re out for a foliar or something. The stakes are to open it up. No support needed.

super lemon puntang x cake fighter freebie, smells like oranges and cream right now but these things can change. Has about ten more days of 7ph water flush and then a month of hang dry. looks pretty frosty but not swimming in trichs, I have a couple other phenos of this one that are three weeks or so behind this one and they all look/smell different.

Here’s the SLP x RAB. The color really popped in the last couple days. I’ve run Putang fems outside a few years ago. RAB too. Both went purple and not from low temps. Both excellent weed! 16 or 17 days here. They’re wet from a foliar treatment.
@Great_lakes_Genetics I swear you guys. I think RAB is like bacon. You know what they say. Everything is better if bacon touches it.
I am really stoked to have this looking so good. It’s been a bit since GLG freebies had much space in my tents.

super lemon puntang x cake fighter this is the 3rd pheno of this plant and the most sexy. It has a loud rotten lemon scent and it is covered in trichomes extremely densely, I can only imagine what it’s going to look like when those trichome caps fill in and engorge over the next two weeks. I think it will go another 20 days. 15 days of 7ph tap water flush. I love lemon terps.

Your descriptions of this one sound intriguing, both during grow and after harvest. Definitely ranking this higher on my list of Bad Dawg strains to fit in when I can, I also love lemon and I double love it when it’s lemon funk

Karenz #3 x runaway bride
Old grow but im smoking her now and shes a delightful smoke so i figured id post.
This plant was originally just an extra reg seed i started as backup in case more seeds were male than anticipated. When i realized she was a lady, i flowered her out in a small 5” pot (about 1 liter). Somehow only took one picture….
Responded very well to topping. Grew vibrant green leaves and neon green nugs with intense purples coming out shortly before harvest, definitely not temp related. One of the hardier plants ive grown. She took a few serious dry backs and neglect without herming. Took some getting use to flowering in a pot that small and i was more focused on my other plants so she was sitting on the back burner.
Flavors: The smelliest plant ive ever grown. Intense orange terps. Not a hint of traditional cannabis flavors or odors. Seriously, I would be surprised if someone recognized the smell of the flower as cannabis. Taste of oranges lasts through most of a bowl. No other flavors/odors.
Smoke: Starts out as a surge of adrenaline but quickly subsides after a few minutes to intense relaxation. Currently the best thing i have for sleeping, which i found surprising considering the lineage and terps.

I’ve grown a lot of @Great_lakes_Genetics freebies. I can’t think of one that wasn’t a nice plant. Especially anything with RAB in the cross. Lots of purples, dark lavenders, trippy colors that aren’t from the cold.
Nice job on that one. I likely have that cross. Got a pretty big bag of freebies. I’ve got a friend has over 100 of those freebies. Gotta be some gems there.
I have to laugh every time I notice they’re labeled “testers”. I haven’t even had a nanner, let alone a full on herm.

I had a feeling itd be a little rough for her but i had her full on drooping, at least twice from under watering and a few times from over watering. Big learning curve flowering in pots that small. She had every right to herm haha. Normally do 3-5 gallon. Definitely plan on going back to give her my full attention.
