This will be my ongoing grow log, until I have to part 2 it.
I’ve been growing for a few years now, nothing huge, but until recently I was still upgrading my room. There are in only a few things I still want to add, but I’ve been rolling with what I’ve got and experiencing decent success, I’d say.
So last year my son moved out and I got to move my, at the time, 1 3x4 tent from the garage to his old room(we still have the guest room so it’s all good should he need to come home). Shortly thereafter, the upgrades started. I wanted a veg area and my 3x4 to be flower only. Cool, bought a 32x32x54 inch tent and my first decent led. Before, it was Amazon cheapies. Had a couple good harvests and was thinking, I can do better with better equipment.
Fast forward to the middle of July, and on a different site. I won a “Medic Grow Ez8” true 1000w grow light! Mind blown, I’d never won anything of decent value before and here they were sending me a(at the time) $1000.00 light! It shows up… and it’s too big for my tent. I squeeze a new 4x4 out of the budget, so now I’m running a 32"² (100w) a 3x4 (~300w) and the new 4x4 with up to a thousand watts. I’m getting concerned about my wiring, call my electrician friend, I’m OK.
We’re going to fast forward again this time to April this year. On that same site there is another giveaway that my leprechaun decided I needed to win. This time it was a Spider Farmer SE1000W (a 1600.00 light!) and I have no where to put it. With a little help from my friends I get the funds together for another tent. This time a 5x5!
So I’m running a 5x5 with the Ez8, a 4x4 with the SE1000W, and the 4x3 with a szhlux 400w(i bought this one lol) needless to say there is very little spare room in the spare room. I need to take a break before I start talking about the plants
