yeah im glad too and so far both are looking healthy ones obviously gonna get the STS treatment once it gets bigger in a couple weeks just cause first step in genetic acquisition is to create more seeds then one can start to play.

Sweet, I wish I had more than just the 2 to give ya, but thatā€™s all that was sent to me.
Curious to see those AKā€™s at some point as well, never seen any auto AKā€™s grown out yet, and youā€™re just the man to do them justice :+1::+1::+1:

Will be the plan come August , AKā€™s the blueberrys some auto mariaā€™s from Chronickyle , and some seeds from curiouscat and more from invisible , also another chance at the purple lemonades as Swe-can said there were some in transit.

So will have some work to do.

I very much agree in that philosophy making more seeds s usually my first priority even more than doing a run of any new genetics Iā€™m excited about and canā€™t wait to see the purp lemonade one of my favorites I have grown so far unfortunately I didnā€™t make seeds of that one keep up the great work

@Mr.Sparkle, Iā€™m curiousā€¦ how exactly do you have the Infinity 6" fan hooked into your small cabs? Any pics? Does the fan and charcoal filter sit hidden in another cab?

I could be wrong but I would assume the filter sits outside the tent an pushes air thorough it or at least thatā€™s what I would do in that case. Something like this.

I, myself have been pondering this ā€œpush vs pullā€ and itā€™s impact on longetivity and effectiveness meaning when you pull through the filter as in the setup above the prefilter collects any dust and other debris as oposed to pushing through the filter I assume it just ends up in the charcoal any thoughts folks

I have my filter outside of my tent and it works great. When I shed my tent, my filter will be in the attic :v:t4:

I have spoken to a number of folk who push air rather than pull it. A basic sock like filter seems to be all they use and claim no real ill effects to the fan. That said I have not tried it personally.

I have my filters in the tents pulling because I exhaust out of a window vent deally to the outside cuts down on heat and such

I use 2 carbon filters on one fan, one inside the tent sucking air out, and one outside pushing the filtered sucked air out, for a double filter effect

very cool smell forunately hasnā€™t been a huge issue were Iā€™m at currently

I try to keep most of my equipment outside the tent, other than anything, that absolutely has to be in there

I have my filter/fan setup in the budroom to pull with the fan behind it to pull old air out of the room. Another is on the fresh air intake for that room, set to pull from outside through the filter berfore it gets into the room. Just clean the sock every few months and replace the carbon filter once a year, no probs.

editā€¦ Smell, Schmell lol I donā€™t worry about that. Out in the country and no one comes close enough to smellā€¦ theyā€™d get ate by a pack of Rottweilers if they did! :joy: :joy:

Put it like this @cannabliss, in the 3yrs since we bought and moved onto this property, one person only has ever come around un-invited. and they ran, not walked back out to the frontage road! :sunglasses:

i have a secondary filter box above my two cabs where the filter sits and my fan pulls through it which is ā€œmountedā€ which i say that loosely outside my cabā€¦ its overkill and i should of gone with the T4 which still would be overkill but keeps it quite.

Saying that ive been contemplating a redesign to add a better second level though the way i did the exhaust passage its a bit of work or change inorder to make it all go through one filterā€¦ plus would likely have to move the electrical outlet i added previouslyā€¦

anyways give me a sec ill grab a shot

@firehead

here you go, the closet to the un assuming

And when all open.

So that center box above the two lower cabs is the filter box and also houses the protected power terminals for 120v and 12v sources for the cabs, my fan just sits outside of the box directly fitted into the filter with a snug hole in that closet partition to the left and air comes out that cubby when its on.

Top right cab though has a 120mm pc fan that blows through a small quick diy filter though this is where i would prefer the filter and fan to do all though will require it being mounted high and there will be some added complications of warmer top chambers and where to put the temp probe for the fanā€¦

though till i change all that works for now.

I feel really lazy compared to you guys  I have my filter on the ground standing near but outside the tent and I literally just pop the fan on top of it so it pulls through the filter. The room is cramped enough and I only ever 3-5 plants going so Iā€™m lucky that it works. I would not have room inside the tent up top or standing on the floor.
