Back on my fried onion burger bullshit

I’ll eat just about any burger, but when I’m making for myself, the lefty burger has gotta be

Hand formed patties
Kaiser roll
Thick red onion slab
Greens, lettuce or sprouts
Garden tomato
Mustard
Dill pickles or pickle relish

Preformed patties are heresy, I say! But I’d go for a mushroom onion Swiss or Western on occasion too.
