I usually save the trim and popcorn buds for a buddy that has a cannabis bakery, but I love Hash… so I’m gonna do my 1st run with the trim an popcorn/bottom of jars and see if its worth the time then run the bud and compare.

Ok I figured it was about 45….full turn of the dial timer. Watch it’s prolly only 15. Feels like 45…lol.

I throw all my trim directly into the thing with some ice. Last time I ran it through the bags twice. Not sure I noticed a difference.

I think I’m gonna stick with the bag method for easier cleanup and hopefully less plant material.
Only a few more hours of work, and I can test it out

And it begins, put the whole bag of trim/popcorn in for 12 minutes, 1st wash

1st wash at 12 mins, put it in again for 15 minutes for final wash, some nice blond Hash , yup I’d definitely say saving your trim is worth it.

Second run foe 15 mins, 120 and the 25 bags gave me more than the 1st run, but the 25 bag seemed to have a bit greener tint to it this time.
Decided to do a 3rd run, just to see, then on to the bud run

I’ve noticed the second run gets a little more also. I’ve heard that letting it soak in the washer for 30 minutes or so helps it release more resin. Never did it myself to experiment just did 4 total runs and called it quits.

I’m jealous of that pile of hash!

Loving the results of your new toy, @HaRdRoC! Yes, keeping your trim is definitely worth it, whether it’s bubble hash or RSO…trash to stash is very rewarding.

BTW - do you get your name from sheetrock? I always assumed it was music related, but after seeing the impressive drywall work, I’m very curious.
