I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from these guys again…and I mean EVER!!!
1st order I did with them, I bought 3 clip on oscillating fans, one didn’t even turn on, one skipped when oscillating, which means the oscillating mechanism is about to shit the bed, and one worked fine… not bad 1 outta 3…
So I contacted them and they made me jump through hoops and play a bunch of irritating back and forth, and made me make a video to show them…https://youtube.com/shorts/tMpmWa2aoRs?feature=share, then took their sweet time to actually ship the replacements out. The 2 replacements turn on anyway…haven’t been using them so I’m not sure how they hold up yet.
Now on to my 2nd order, as I thought meh… shit happens… at least they sent replacements…
I grabbed a Spider Farmer sf4000 from them.
They advertised they had them in stock, which I later found out was untrue…
After waiting over a month waiting for them to tell me they shipped out my light, I contacted them, and they told me that they don’t know when their shipment is coming in… ok… so I wait 2 more weeks and nothing…
So I contact them again, and they said sorry, and asked me if I wanted a refund, I said no, you already have my cash and I want the light.
Another week goes by… contact them again, they then said they can’t find the tracking for their incoming shipment, so then I tell them, I’ll take them up on the refund then.
The next day I get an email saying sorry they can’t refund me, because the shipping team just sent it out…
AMAZING, the day before they had no idea when their shipment was coming and couldn’t find their tracking info for the shipment, but as soon as I wanted my refund poof there it is…
Right then and there I knew it was gonna either be a floor model, a return or a refurbished one.
So the light gets here… sure enough, the on/off switch doesn’t work and neither does the dimmer.

I was so pissed off that it took me over a week to make the video. I sent it to them and not a word back yet…
Just a heads up, that’s how these fools do business… NOT A FAN!!! (No pun intended)

Sounds like a liquidation type store returns and defective shit . I’d be pissed and want a full refund .

I got mine off Amazon only did it through them cause they currently have a coupon that made it as cheap as buying through spider farmer but I got my Amazon prime shipping

Using that and a hlg 135 in 2x4 for veg only they both say can veg a 3x3 so should be plenty of light in their to have solo cups wall to wall without much issue

I get most of my stuff at the grow op shop. It’s local and all the guys are great. That’s if you haven’t all ready been there. I prefer local if I can, I find it a pain in the ass to do online returns.
