Heading into week 5 with N deficiency

last year was my first year seeing PM in my garden.
Fusarium is usually the one to watch for here but since i bought this place and set up here 6 years ago I haven;t seen any fusarium. PM though… It showed up as spots here and there right at harvest time. Losses were minimal but I still went full nuclear on treatment.
Using sulphur spray all around and inside the greenhouse, walls ground, empty pots and soil mixing totes… plants inside in veg and the entire inside growing area.
That was last fall and then repeated this spring before any plants went outside. Sprayed them with the sulphur spray a week before i flipped to 12/12 light dep in the greenhouse.
Have not seen any PM this season on the plants nor any vegetation in the areas outside that I sprayed. Can’t say enough about the sulphur spray and using it to kill PM dead.

I also chased soil issues in a few plants this year. Could never catch up to thier needs and was a persistant battle to keep them green. The finish is not to bad now that harvest time is here but I bet those plants will come in 30% lower yield than if optimal soil conditions had been reached. I have much to learn on the organic soil front so this thread has some great advice.

Yeah, I’m on it. First year for me. Just some small spots on the DJ. I’m just going to wack her today. Sick of her anyways. Big storms coming. I will sulfur all my shit in and around the gauntlet after harvest a couple times same in the spring. The rest will just get a preventative of growers alley right before the storm.

I don’t know if anyone has asked but after dealing with N Def for this long I think you should consider testing the run off water and your current watering PH.

These are the tea recipes I follow and 100% soil organics. Never had deficiencies or excess running the recipes so may be something to try out one of the seasons

The humes u can save money by making urself ordering on redbudsoilcompany.com and doing the 3 ingredients in equal amounts of soluble kelp, powdered yucca, and humic acid. Makes way more for about the same price
