Help with understanding how to amend Coco coir with dry organics first time Coco coir

So, I’m just now leaping into the Coco coir growing media and I’m having a hard time figuring out how to make it work with Dr Earth dry fertilizer. I’m planning on making a " living soil" and can’t seem to understand the process of amending it before planting. I bought a bag of kaya coco coir that’s ph buffered and already mixed with perlite 70/30. This is my first time and want to do things right anybody that can give advice or suggestions on this topic please let me know what I can do if it’s even possible.thanks

I purchased a new bag of kaya coco coir and it says it has been ph buffered to 6.0-6.5. pH. And the ec is 0.1-0.3. and has been washed multiple times to get the salts out im guessing. Says it’s ready to be used right out of the bag into containers and water with a nutrient solution. So here is where I get confused… I’ve seen on a YouTube channel that this guy uses Dr Earth dry organic fertilizer that’s a “veganic” plant food
Made from plants so it’s a lot easier for the plants to access the food compared to a manure/meal based organic fertilizer which makes sense to me as will be indoors in a bedroom and with veganic it’s all plants and none of the other stuff that could be harmful like salmonella or something like that. This guy mixes royal gold tupor and Dr earth fertilizer. Now I believe the tumor is just coco and perlite with some Forest products. Could ewc and my Coco be close to the same mix as tupor? I really want to go the same route as him but can’t afford the expense of tupor coco coir . How can I get my coco to be basically the same as the tupor coco just so I know where to start any advice or suggestions or am I not making sense? Thanks in advance for the help
