Yes exactly!
It’s ((NL#5 x Haze) x SensiStar) = NL5HSS
Ah, okay. That sounds like a really interesting cross. Have you grown it before? Is this a cross you made?
This is the 3rd grow of my same keeper girl. First time in hydro instead of soil, water-only, runs.
First run(seed plant) was dedicated entirely to seeds, second run(Clone1) finished a few posts up and is curing currently and guarantee will not make it to the 3rd harvest. 3rd run is now. Hope this run will be the most weight. I’m sure there’s a better girl lurking in my #5 F2’s but I’m pretty happy with this one.
I did not make this cross. It is Mel Frank’s cross. I made F2’s and the FLC BX1 Sebring and I sent out a month or so ago.
Growing some now! Real pretty younguns. Great job. @Sebring is the truth!
Blessings…
You got pics yet? Are yours farther along than mine are?

That is this NL5HSS, what I bought. and what my F2’s are, and what the male in the FLC BX1 is.
Okay, yeah, thanks for the info. I think yesterday I was just like,”I need to get caught up on all of these threads I’m following…” haha. I’m seeing posts on all of the threads I’m watching, but I couldn’t remember… well, anything, pretty much. Couldn’t remember what the abbreviations stood for (although for some reason I can always remember that FLC stands for Franco’s Lemon Cheese)(I think?), couldn’t remember if the threads I was watching were seed runs or what they were… I dunno. But yeah, that NL5HSS sounds real good haha!
Yup Franco’s Lemon Cheese ^^
Love that one just for the terps and taste alone. Instant keeper for me lol. Only complaint I could have is the high was a bit foggy in the shake I got to try from the seedrun, but that could be from any number of things. We’ll see how she and her sister do on this next pure bud run coming up soon while I hunt for a male in the FLC BX1’s.
If you didn’t get any of the NL5HSS F2’s or the FLC BX1 seeds from me or when sebring released them for me, send me your addy over pm and I’ll shoot a pack of em out to ya.
Aw, dude, I appreciate the offer, but I just cannot handle any more seeds right now. I bought one of those dorm room-type fridges about six months ago because my seed collection was taking up too much room in our refrigerator that we use for food and stuff haha. Then the seed collection outgrew that dorm room fridge and I bought another full-size fridge last week (I have a friend who works at Best Buy, got a pretty great discount on it). It’s in our garage now haha. I just have way too much shit that will probably never get grown, I don’t wanna add to that. Makes me feel guilty.
Just as an aside, do you know anybody who might wanna buy a six month-old nine square foot refrigerator? Haha!
NL5HazeSensiStar #5 - Clone 2
16 Days into flower…
Alright, separated out what I’m pretty sure are the Purple NL2 males(#1/#3/#6) and have started them on flowering schedule in a 2x2x4 tent.
Back to the Veg Tent
FLC BX1 still looking pretty uniform
And the NL5HSS #5 Clone 2 is really gearing up.
Hey @HolyAngel! I hope you’re well and sufficiently lifted on this cold day.
Regarding your little tent for your males. How do you prevent any rogue pollen from getting into your flowering girls elsewhere? I want to do the same thing but all my tents are in one room. How you do dat?
Blessings…
Morning sir! I’m doing good over here, glad it’s Friday! Hope you’re doing well too ^^
The smaller tent is in my lung room basically, the room outside of the room the rest of the tents are in. I do not run fans in the tent when pollen looks like it’ll start dropping until they’re done, damn the heat/humidity(tho usually don’t have to worry about either of those). I also run ~veg wattage on my flowering males. They don’t need the light like the girls do.
Once pollen starts dropping, always mess with the male tent last. If you have to check mutliple times a day during this, maybe mist yourself down with a spray bottle of water and wait a bit before going back to your female tents. I only open the male tent as far as I need to in order to water or do whatever, and keep the rest shut at all times. I also try and limit air movement from my own actions as much as possible when I’m in there.
So far I haven’t had any issues doing it like this
How bout exhaust fan on male tent? Do you keep that fan running or turn it off also? Thanks Sis! I’m gonna try it. I just got a 2X2X4 tent.
Blessings…
No fan’s whatsoever, no exhaust/intake/airflow fans. Again though, it doesn’t get above 80 in my basement and humidity is around 45% at best normally. So I don’t have to worry about doing anything else.
Hope you get it working out for ya ^^
Man, I love the way that NL5HSS #5 is looking. In the pic, those fan leaves look like they wanna reach right through the camera lens and grab you by the throat haha. The FLC clones look good and interesting, too.
Your PNL2’s look pretty branchy. Or the females do, anyway. I’m trying to think if mine do… I gotta water tonight, I’ll take a better look at them when I do. Hopefully they’re still females haha. One of the Stardawg f2’s showed male a couple days ago. And when I opened the tent last night, I could see that the Midas was male, too. Since I didn’t have to water, I left him in there, but he’ll be getting removed tonight. That leaves me with seven plants. Bummer.
Thanks! Think I almost have her dialed in this time… And I’m rather excited with these FLC BX. 100% will have a Lemon Cheese Haze seed line eventually here
PNL2’s definitely a bit branchy, doesn’t help that I topped them
I’m guessing on the pheno’s here but this is my take having never seen bodhi’s NL2 dad:
The middle pheno and NL2 leaning pheno plants are a bit more branchy than the PU phenos. The #6 plant is the most branchy, while the #1 plant seems to be the least branchy. The girls are kinda in between. The Purple Unicorn leaners seem to have fewer, wider branches, with longer internodes. The NL2 leaners are much closer together all around, branches and internodes and have more of them.
On structure alone I would keep the #1/#4/#5 and toss the rest but I’m gonna wait and see what the supposed males look like first, and then how all the girls turn out before anything gets the chop. Gonna have some huge clones by then
I’ve decided to stop topping my plants. Up to now I always top right before the flip. I’m no longer convinced that it helped my yield and it slows my plants too much. All of a sudden everything is a 10 week finisher. I’m too old! I can’t afford that kind of time to finish!
Blessings…
