Mostly it’s because the ash catcher gets full and the bong ceases to work

i clean the bowl pretty often. every week or so. i change the water once a month probably but i use it half the times i smoke and glass, joints, or my chillum the other half.

I gave up the flower, partly because I’m the same type of person; I would try to rinse with water every day, but only alcohol every week or so. I picked up this $10 chunky quartz straw and have been just hitting it out of my stash jars. Glass looking dirty? Heat it up a bit, it usually burns off. Every week or two I’ll give it a good ethanol bath, salt rarely needed.
