Howard's Hunt for Headstash

Hey @Howard.Crane. Hows it going man? Just wanted to say maybe give the runt some time. I noticed my runt reeks of fuel way more than the bigger girl. I just flipped them to flower so not sure how she will produce but she definitely smells good.

I’ll keep it for the time being, although I suspect it’s going to get crowded out in that limited space.

I guess we’ll see :grinning:

My runt started super small and slow but now I would say it’s about 2/3 the size of the bigger one

What the hell…

Had a drip line stop working again, which is especially frustrating given that it’s brand new, so I took apart the octabubbler and found…

A seed. Inside the plumbing.

I don’t know how the hell I managed to get so many errant seeds in so many weird places in the last few months. I feel like the universe is fucking with me here.

Sheesh :grinning:

Haha! Yep that’ll do it. :joy:

FWIW, you can get some inline filters to run off your pump heads for maybe $20. Banjo LS050 or LS075 are good.

I have a Banjo LS050, but cannot locate the filter mesh :slightly_frowning_face:

Just ordered a replacement.

Maybe your seed hoarding is really getting out of hand and they are literally coming out your ears . Are they from your own crosses that popped out on their own and your just randomly shuffling them around? Someone smoking nearby and tossing bag seeds at you?

For all I know, it could be any or all of those things lol

Rain City Blues misc. macros

Getting some color now, and starting the home stretch :grinning:

This stupid clip-on macro lens has an extremely shallow depth of focus and I had to reach up above my head and over the plants with shaky hands to get any shots at all, so basically just ended up with photos of the very tips, lol.

I had some mold issues on my orange gogi cut i got from jetdro indoors last run. But, i also had trouble keeping the humidity down as well. Great smoke though.

We had unusual 77% humidity for a month and a half straight here this summer. My whole crop pretty much has some bud rot. Not sure any strain can stand up to that. 2020 can suck it. My orange goji will be done in a week to 10 days. Still looking forward to it, despite losing half. She’s been heavily stinking up my entire garden since veg. Super dankness!

Humidity has been higher than usual for me also.

The fact that I had to chop off all of the tops to keep them from growing into the lights might be my saving grace this time. I’ve got a lot more buds, but no chonky donkey colas.

@Meesh if you want some Orange Goji F2 seeds for next season to see if you can find one that’s more mold resistant, just lemme know.

Those are some beautiful flowers. I need to start more RCB. My only female was overwhelmed by spidermites so I had to cull her but I’ve got more . I’ve been getting alot of males here lately I hope that changes soon.

I’ve given away so many of those RCB seeds that I’m starting to get really protective of the ones I have left.

One of these days, hopefully within the next year, I’m going to do another pheno hunt with the goal of making the next generation of seeds. I’ve been dieing to do that for a while now, but the timing just hasn’t been right. I’m captivated by the thought that I probably still haven’t found the best pheno that line has to offer :yum:

Yeah they were! I was really surprised by that.

I think he’s still planning on doing a seed run of his own at some point, btw. I want to send more in, but this is all I have left, which wouldn’t be very many packs:
