hydro run number two

I was thinking the same thing and the hols were perfect size for the rapid rooter with a minor trim to the top flare of the rooters. Now I just gotta take a couple clones.

4 rear plants are purple train wreck, middle row left and center are critical mass and the plants to the right is zour dosi, small lady in the middle kinda hidden is mystery fem. clones being taken tonight and going into the cloner see how well this thing works , blurple 300 watt led over them. For whatever reason the blurple seems to make the clones take off quicker and seedlings seem to like it when the pop. so I keep it around lol.

I have stayed away from the blurples because I was told to. Recently I seen some really nice work with them. So I know there not all bad.

70$ Mars hydro light. Works great. My house plants even love it too ,

few clones clipped and put in there mew home. See how well this thing works @LilJonB here is that blurple shining bright. Lol. I’ve never had any issues growing under it and have a few pics I will post from my tent where I ran it for 3 weeks on some ladies with pretty good results

. The pot with the stick is a potted lemon tree that got left outside and froze. Brought it back with the blurple, it was about 4 inches tall and had been like that for a year. 6 months under the light and a little tlc and it’s now 2 foot tall back right corner is the lemon tree now. She lost a few leaves and threw some new branches with some leaf buds.

That’s great. I’m sure the cloner will work fine. I talk my cousin out of a blurple light. He’s a little upset because I showed him a couple successful grows under them. I assured him he wasn’t going to get a good grow under a $25 blurple. HA! He’ll get over it. I sold him on the Mars Hydro to 600. Mostly because I have 2 and I know they work.
He don’t want to pay to play.

Just tell him its cheaper than buying two lights because the first one was no good. :+1::seedling:

I don’t think lights are something you should skimp on. I was just passing along information that I got going in buying lights. I should have gone with HLG but I’m happy with the Mars Hydro.
Definitely going to be building a light for the 4x4.

Personally I’ve found the 2 most important factors in an indoor grow;
Quality lights and Quality genetics :v:

That’s why I’m still old school hid. The blurple is used for seedlings and clones. Bought it a couple years ago. The led seem to change daily and I have couple buddies constantly updating portions of there lights. Lots of money into them. Once things stabilize in the led market I may switch and build something

Your going to be waiting a long time. The way technology bests its self on top of how long the LEDs last they need to come out with something a little bit better then the last to stay in business.
There I go talking big sh!t again. I don’t work for these companies do I truly don’t know.

Now it dose seem smart if you’re able to change out components of your light like your friends do rather then scraping an old light. But then again you are on Overgrow. ALLOT of new members that will buy small lights.
I get the comfort to sticking with what you know.

You got a dome for those clones?
