@Streckles you ever figure what you’re gonna run next?

probably will pop them in a month or so currently its just way too hot where I live to justify adding another source of heat in my kitchen =)

Hell yeah I get that, I shut down for a couple months during the summer and focus on veggies since they like the high heat. But those look like solid choices!

So I think when I setup my tent this time id like to do it in my detached garage but I know there are some possible downsides to that was curious if anyone has any advice on mitigating those. its just really tough to have half my kitchen be a tent…

Is your garage insulated and temp controlled? Also does it have full electric? Or ventilation?

not insulated or temp controlled but I have plenty of rockwool that I figured I could tie around the tent.
electric well enough to power the tent theres not like a subpanel in there I just have Heavy duty cables plugged into 20 amp sockets(originally for the beer fridge and charging my car 2 separate sockets and breakers for this) eventually I will get an actual subpanel out there but thats a future problem.
its got plenty of… natural ventilation as in its not very well sealed but no forced ventilation. though the temps during the summer never get very hot and during the winter id say its probably at its lowest 50 degrees in there and I planned to use atleast some heating inside the tent

You could always try it, 50 would be a little on the low side. But long as you can maintain temp and humidity it the tent it should work. I may put a filter on the tent air inlet just as a precaution.
