@Floyd the PPM meter I use is the same brand. So far so good but again as I said it needs to be maintained as the trade-off for it being under $100.

@Lady.Zandra63 Me too haha! That plant is surprising the heck out of me! One of the most, if not THE most vigorous plant I’ve grown! Still time for me to fumble though haha.
Another vote for the HM meters, I have the same PH meter, and their ppm meter, both work fine (up until now, because I talked about it haha).
And yeah, the yellow ph meters are trash. They used to be Milwaukee brand, but now I guess other company’s are rebranding them? The hydro shop I preferred(now OOB unfortunately) stopped selling them because they all came back! But yeah, I went through a couple before smartening up and buying the HM one haha.

I always buy the pre-mixed liquid, that way there’s no way to mess it up @potpotpot

theyre just really strong buffers. you could have wide range of ph of your input water and theyll still be rock stable. RO water isnt 100% needed but its a nice to have thing

@nefrella That is what I do! Haha anyone else have a hard time getting 7.0 solution for the past year or so? I mean at the grow shop, not internet.
@sardinebags Any time I have used them I used distilled water. Good to know it is forgiving though.

My weirdo ancestral skunk popped out some balls so I killed it. Down to one solo cup in flower. Was at an event at a bar last weekend and got a free stack of “non-disposable” solo cups! These are 5-10 times thicker than a normal solo and meant to be kept. Gonna have to use a drill to make the holes but I am excited more than I should be.
