Time to try again. This time I got some anti-oxidant ammo and try use regular soil.
Shikimic acid, calcium ascorbate low amounts and RO with three concentrations of oz again.

No luck.
It seems the roots dont differentiate and dont produce.
Same shit as past time.
I think a strong solution to a branch or stem or brushed on would be better as i see why they tested on clones or invitro in studies.

There’s a lot of different information out there. It seems it’s difficult to get it right to get maximum germination.

What I’ve read is that its better to treat a seedling or clone that is already established by using the same strength solution as a seed soak. Here is a decent write-up on it linked below.

Yup. They all germ but dont make any new leaves. Seedling maybe, cutting for sure. Probably wrap a stem with a wet solution.
I don’t use colchicine.
