So I’m wondering what the fuck is going on as I’m posting pictures of my grow from my in-tent cams.

Taken from multi-view - large

Taken from home page - small

Taken from inside panel - large

One day you’re able to click on the pictures and enlarge them and another day denied. Finally found out what’s going on…

The screenshot above is taken outside of the main panel. It wont allow me (or you - go ahead. Click and see!) to click and enlarge.
The screenshot below was taken in the main panel. It allows click to enlarge. Probably higher res.

Thats an interesting (stupid) quirk of the LaView cam app, just in case anyone else may have an issue like that with their cam system.
One less thing for me to grind on…

From now on my in-tent cam photos will be hi-res, and scrollable.

Fed them pretty well last night and they’re both looking pretty good, actually.

Still a little bit of tips down and some light yellowing of some tips. It’s been a full day since the feeding and I think they actually look a little bit better tonight than they did last night.

If they keep going this way I’m going to do some defoliation and possibly a topping tomorrow.

If I recall, on my last octopot grow with the single plant it kind of did the same thing with tips and I just pushed through it with nutrients.
Can’t remember now if that was in vegetation or flower.

See how things go tomorrow :vulcan_salute:

Hump day with the girls…

Or as we’re calling it… Day 40 from seed.

I think this is truly the first ANYTHING I’ve ever grown from seed. I think maybe back in the 70’s in first or second grade we were given seeds to plant in class. but I hardly even remember that actually happening . Fading memories…

Blows my mind, these bushy girls are where they are now. Only 40 short days ago they were given their first chance at life. They grabbed it and are running, albeit Blue Dream with 3 limbs . Hopefully that s the biggest mis-adventure we’ll have this grow.

Skywalker is really lighting up! That girl is starting to move.

Hey guys!
Here’s Thursday morning peek in the tent before I’m off to work…

And the obligatory in-tent cam shots after settlilng in at work
They’re looking pretty good. I think they’re pushing thru the burn. I did knock the lamp down a notch to 50%. Not sure of PPFD. Probaby around 450 or so.

If I flipped them to flower today, things would probably be cool. Still waiting til next weekend, I think.
I’m still in the air on topping them or not. Skywalker has really taken off and is producing everywhere! I could just let her fly as is. Blue Dream would be nice to top to get more sites due to her missing limb.

I do believe both Skywalker and Blue Dream got a bit nute toxicity, but decided to push through it. Hopefully the right decision. They seem to be doing well. They are adapting. Must be part Borg. :vulcan_salute:

My inexperience coupled with fear of doing the wrong thing gets trumped by my adventurous growing spirit, lol.

I look at it like powering through a wobble during a high-speed turn on a motorcycle (Honda VFR750 specifically for me). Middle of turn, leaned over, front starts to get a bit vague, wobbly… Gently twist the throttle and she’ll straighten right up.

That worked most times for me. Until it didnt
Broke many of my favorite bones that day… :vulcan_salute:

Here they are Thursday evening…

Some downward tips, but nothing that I would refer to as clawing. Yes, the other day there was a bit more prominent clawing. This evening we have SOME yellow tips, other tips are just fine.

Here’s Blue Dream

And Stan Completely enjoying his Pup Cup!

Here’s Skywalker OG Kush

PH is hovering right around 6.3 to 6.5 and it looks like water is going down in the reservoir. I’ll look again tomorrow and hopefully water should be almost down to the second line

Hey guys!

Got home just a little bit early on a Friday afternoon, and that’s always nice! After hanging out with Stan for a few minutes I went to take a look at the tent, and both girls are looking pretty good.

They’re drinking decently as well. Blue Dream Is Right on the second line and Skywalker kush is just below the second line reaching for the first.

Definitely some burnt tips going on, but any sign of clawing is pretty much gone.
I haven’t diluted the mix in the reservoir. It’s still almost 1100 PPM, and pH right around 6.3 to 6.5. I’d like to get that down just a tad.

Leaves are looking nice and green, but not super duper green as if they were in nutrient toxicity. I think I’m just riding the line of some nutrient burn, but they’re up-taking just fine.

This all comes from 0 years of Growing Experience!

Here’s some root shots

Skywalker OG

Blue Dream

I think the roots look decent. Not super white, but I can’t remember last grow ever being super white either. They look decent, I think.

Looking at the photos a little bit better now, I think the roots did get hit a little bit. There is some brown in there. Not sure if it affected things or not.

If anyone has any thoughts, definitely chime in. I think things are going pretty well and I think this minor nutrient burn isn’t slowing things down, but I’m not sure.

Please take a look at those root shots and let me know what you all think.
Should I keep on going?
Should I thin out the ppms with some pH RO water?
Or just Give it all up and get a job as a Walmart greeter?

I would consider flipping them while everything is hunky dory.Jm 2c

For comparison, here’s a couple pictures of my last grow, Electrify. First picture is at 28 days, second at 49 days. But, Electrify is a very aggressive plant, I was told.

Definitely appreciate the suggestion @Hashpants!

Not so sure everything is hunky-dory right now.
I’d still like to see things get a little bit more neutral.

There’s definitely some Browning in The Roots. Hopefully nothing that’s damaging them, but I’m worried just a bit.

I was planning on flipping them next weekend. I would like them to get a little bit bigger still.

Do you use any Hypochlorite or a few drops of bleach to keep the baddies off the roots? I’m not familiar with those pots.
