I didn’t do anything to the first 2 plants but they’re about a month old and yeah so I’m going to give a quarter strength of Medusa’s magic and some extra potassium i don’t have cal mag because i shouldn’t need it nectar is loaded with calcium as it’s the main delivery of all the nutes

I’m noticing that the soil is staying wet longer and I’m not sure why. i did just recently get tile put in my room idk if that would really have anything to do with anything other than temps.Sometimes companies don’t want people, who want to progress their life, and learn new skills. They just want them to do what they are hiring for, someone who just follows orders.
I think you should check your PH meters calibration is correct just to make sure, it’s something you can eliminate from the equation.
calibrated it last week my dude! i have 2 seedlings i’m doing different pH water from the start no one shot just a feed about a day or 2 ago they seem fine! so its either the one shot or the pH
and damn yeah youre right but he brought up progress not me lol i said im tryin to get in because its something i love i make it a point to say im a hobby grower looking to learn more i have experience with trimming but only on a small scale
Just because they bring it up, doesn’t necessarily mean they want you to have ambition.
I had a similar interview for a printer repair company, as soon as I said, I wanted to learn other things, he terminated the interview, said he was just looking for a printer repair guy who just wants to repair printers, his loss lol, but you never know. You have to stay true to what you want or you may as well do anything if it’s just to earn money and not enjoy what you are doing.
true that dude thats also super shitty. it deff got me down because like what needs to be done as a trimmer youre basically the growers bitch when youre not trimming. which is fine by me. but the interview was in a garage with a store front and i was told they were expanding that he would rather hire a grower from the inside than the outside. im debating throwing another application in at the same place same position different job post. thats how i knew i didnt get it lol “youre on my short list so if you get it youll get a call” 2 days later i see a new job post. oh wellllllllll ill just take a break go over my resume again and make changes and try again. im just going to be getting into shady dispo territory then “dont get paid on time” situations
but now that you say that thats kinda what happened as soon as i was enthusiastic about growth he was kinda like done lol and wrapped it up. it only lasted like 10 mins who knows im learning i guess ive only had 5 other interviews in my life 3 ended up in jobs

anyway my plants are doing much better imo i post some pic later
time is flying and i’m being neglectful i gave them two half strength feeds one after another and theyre still eating the bottom leaves so i think its safe to say there are no nutes in the soil meaning what.
i should now give them full strength feeds till they stop eating them selves because new growth looks ok
i gave them half strength feeds to avoid burning them by blasting them with a full feed
i kinda decided to figure it out myself instead of running here for answers lol because there are lots of do’s and don’ts i follow when really i just need to do things and kill a few plants
Back on track boys! Watering every other day I’ve been giving half strength nutes today i have recharge microbial tea and it’s first dose of mammoth P going to give water the next two waterings then a half strength feed
I am glad they are coming back around for you 
Do you have some different light for inspection? HID & blurple & some LED make judging leaves difficult.
yeah i take em out and look at em under my room light looks like calcium as it got worse but i gave it a double dose of calcium at 6.3 pH and new growth looks fine!
as you can tell im not feeding them as much so before i was feeding too much now too little im off to find my happy medium
