Yeah fish is a powerful bacteria producer so they will make a lot of micro nutrients quickly causing plants to burn, that mold is fungal and very good, I deliberately create it like that for teas during flower.
Your getting them dialed in good now, keep it up
this grow is looking great @Jaybeezy23 , gonna be the best harvest yet. Keep up the good work
That’s my struggles lol idk how much is too much right now it’s not enough so i gave them two feeds in a day one lighter so i guess we’ll see
just keep track of your levels, watch the plants start seeing some tip burn time to back off. Don’t forget each strain likes different levels… all about fine tuning and watching the plants
Spider farmer is at full blast Into week 4 we go pushing Pk+ carb to 2 grams instead of 1 base feeds at 4 grams and we’re cruising
We got 2 orange push pops in the back slapz front left funky charms front right and the other picture is island sweet skunk and Buddahs cane
Any smells coming out? So far which ones are looking the best?
Nothing distinctively just kinda smells generic or this one will smell sweet generic
So far island sweet skunk is surpassing everything being 3 weeks in she looks like a week ahead but also she’s hungriest so I’m trying to keep up figuring that out we’ll see it’s only been 3 weeks and 3 days
Looking sweet. Great job so far. They are going to stack on some weight in the next few weeks, do you have any support for the heavy buds?
I got a bother trellis and i can get a 3rd and rig it so i got some support for my smaller and still get in there
They are stacking up well, your going to get some nice size colas,
Hell yeah i just gotta stay on track i got 2 plants with burn so they’re not getting nutes for a day or two then we’re back to feedings almost daily i don’t really have a schedule and that’s my downfall i have plans for when things happen but watering is daily and usually it’s feeds.
Talkin to my homie who gave me these nutes fed every other day but he also let them sit in run off and let them soak back up so that he didn’t have to water……
My situation i have built pot raisers to let them drain so i can test run off and monitor everything
Which leads me to a question. @Shadey @Mrgreenthumb @HolyAngel your input is always appreciated.
But would anyone know why if i feed at 530ppm my run off would be 450ppm? I’m finding it hard to believe that the plants are eating it lol
That is perfect @jaybeezy, that shows your plants are using the nutes. If you are getting some burn it is like you said, time for a straight water. Maybe make some notes of what you are feeding and what is happening at this point in the grow, so next run you remember to ease up on the nutes.
Ok ok right on should i be feeding at a higher ph in flower with coco? I’m feeding at 5.7
keep it right where you are at, you are doing an excellent job this run
I don’t check runoff as I don’t top feed but I’d think they’re eating it.
If the leaves are light green and you have tip burn, it’s deficiency not nutrient burn.
I feed flowering plants in coco at pH 5.8 for the first couple weeks then taper to pH 5.9-6.0 in late flower if I can to increase P and K availability and lower N. pH 5.7 i only give to veg plants to boost nitrogen availability.
All that said, I agree with Mr greenthumb, plants looking great from here!
