Cheaper perhaps…
Better, perhaps not!

Very true about quality unless a guy finds a grower that cares selling at a decent price. Rumour has it 5/6 hundred a lb of very nice bc bud right now.

Yeaaaa its better too, just straight dank, trimmed awesome, my guy has at least 5 strains at any one time, usually $600/lb. Damn delicious.

Whaaattttt :flushed::flushed:
That’s amazingly cheap, even with my country’s currency…

:raised_hands: and that still seems overpriced. Cannabis should be priced like any commodity crop and not be leveraged into higher price points in attempts to maintain the status-quo prices that are astronomically inflated due to the plant having been in a non-legal status for so long.

I remember how in the late 80’s early 90’s weed was 400/oz on the street in San Francisco but if you could drive to Humboldt you would be able to pick up a 400 QP or a 1200 P due to the area being flooded with growers although there was no local demand for their abundant supply. Last month, in Hopland, Ca, the buyer of the cannabis store there told me their pricing to buy a P of outdoor is up to 900 and indoor gets up to 12-1400 a P… She said many of the old time indoor growers are stopping growing because it is not profitable enough for them any more. I still say legalize it and let the free market decide it’s value. When I was in Bahrain for the first Gulf War, you could buy as much as you could grab with a single hand for one Dinar which was (if I recall correctly) ~2.80 USD… and that was for buds still on the stalk so you could grab a LOT of stalks with a single hand. Those are the prices I want to see

Maybe outdoor… but like I said, I can’t grow it for that cheap… the lights, the soil, the fertalizer… I cant see indoor weed getting any cheaper… even LEDs aren’t THAT much cheaper. The outdoor season here in Western Canada is extremely short and not good for nice California like crops

Been a busy day nonstop since 5am starting with prepping and getting the Beef brisket on the smoker.

Friends down for May long weekend, camping in our “back 40” are on a hike so I’ve had a bit of time to clean and chore

Collected a ton of seeds from pollen chucks.

Transplanted all my Eutierria to 5 gals right from solo cups… I skipped the 1 gallon up pot step I usually do

Man I miss big trees like that !

I lived in B.C. (Lower mainland) for a few years and loved Stanley park.

I lived in maple ridge at at the end of my b.c. Days.

I was up by a scrap yard off dewdnet trunk . But even further up dewdny was a spot called stav lake maybe? Campgrounds right by on a lake . My buddy was dating a chick who had a Dirt bike + her sons bike and we were able To use them ripping around LOL got banged up a couple times .

Ahhh man that place is awesome.

Also a few other spots , we boated in were allouette lake and right in the Fraser River LOL …first time we went out, there was a boat full of us (plus a dog) and we we’re out on the water and realised their was no plug in the boat LOL we signalled down another boater and they had a spare plug. .

Hope you all have a great weekend

Man,
I remember we were camping and ended up at this big rocky / cliff / blasting area, and a couple guys we’re up there letting off rounds with some heavy duty guns. They let us (our group) fire them. I didn’t , I don’t like guns lol.

But damn had some good memories there. Slept right on beach one time under the stars :star: maybe I passed out lol we went to work in the AM., my friend was spending the summer out there lol
POSSIBLY due to lack of housing lol, had a camp ground claimed.
driving to van every morning, I spent a few nights out there

Dude I am COMITTED to trying my hand at a brisket on the smoker this summer. Stuck just to pork shoulders last year out of sheer intimidation. You’re speaking my love language here dude

This is my 4th brisket. It takes WAYY longer than you expect. Once it gets to approx 150f it will stall and temp won’t increase, it adds about 5 hours to the cook time, unless you wrap it up in heavy foil or butchers paper. I wrapped this one, gonna be a total of 12 hours total time to get to 203f, 3.5 hours smoke at the beginning and an hour rest wrapped up in a towel and left in a camping cooler to keep warm and insulated.

Lots of big trees on our property and the whole island. My dad used to fish stave lake all the time when we lived in Port Coquitlam
