We organized an event where we worked with a chef and folks came and helped remove/collect garlic mustard, then prep and cook it in multiple dishes. The braised tender shoots were actually decent! And pesto! Mmmmm. Keep spreading that word man!
And keep growing the good bud.

Olive oil
Walnuts
Salt pepper
Blend.
Parmesan if you feel like it
