LED 350w test run

Some great things happenning folks… Writing this as I’m smoking my first cut from the right plant. It was Pyramind Seds Tutankhamun on germinating. I just compared grow reports from the internet compared to mine it looks just like that!

Finally can smell the aroma of the fresh good buds, haven’t been smoking good stuff for really quite while, local dealers only sell bumweed, or maybe you can find a potent one, but its so old, and it just doesn’t even smell.

I’m pouring just tap water for this one, and will wait like 1-2 weeks I guess, because I looked through a 15x magnifier, there are like 10-20% of the amber trichomes, and I still get like 0.33 EC from the 0.25 EC tap water run off. So I’m waiting for the final fruiting and soil flushing. More or less it’s done
__

The right one, the cones are really filling! It is so tight and dense, and there are a lot of trichomes, I think that’s exactly what I need. The buds are so dense, that I can’t even push it all the way to the stem. I’m feeding GHE Ripen for this one right now, and I feel like its doing its job so good. I can clearly see how its increasing in the size and stickiness.

On germinating it was Dutch Passion Masters At Work, but I for some reasons I can’t really much info about this strain in the internet. I think it’s archive or sold out strain, but I remember some linkage to the Euforia from Dutch Passion, like it should be the same, just the different name.

According to websites info, it is a pure 100% sativa, well that explains why it took so long to start flowering, however I didn’t think that sativas can produce so sticky and dense buds :astonished: :+1:

This plant I will keep till like December, because its not even finishing yet, still in the Late Bloom, I really like how this one goes

Ok, guys I think I oversalt it.

I have been pouring tap water for a week, tryna flush it until EC will eventually go down, but it seems it does not, and today I realized that more I flush, the more EC I get from the run off :man_facepalming:, in combination with harvesting phase, I think it will never do.

I was trying to figure out how much really nutes in my soil, because my drain still had higher EC than a tap water, so I decided to flush it several times. And each time I flushed, the more higher EC drainage was coming out in the tray.

It started from 0.35 EC on first one, then it raised to 0.5, 0,7, 1.2, and on the fifth time it got really too much, I have seen the number of 2.5 EC

So, at this point, I think it doesn’t even make sense anymore, and I should just cut it, as it looks finished. I really got soil too wet today, I will wait couple days until it dries out a bit, and harvest it

What I think what could happen, is that I was watering every morning, but not really much amount of water, comparing to soil volume, and a lot of nutes could stay up in the top levels of the soil, which was often dry. Wetting the whole pot made them finally dissolve

I have finished drying and trimming and overall weight turned out in ~100 gramms, including 30grams of popcorn buds.
So all in all, 70grams of good buds, not bad.

Since there were 2 plants, its 175 watt of light per each, so 100 / 175 is making it ~0.57 gramm per watt result.

how average is it? anyway, i’m going to harvest the remaining one and we will see the final number

Yeah I have had the same problem before. if I have been a little lazy when watering & being too generous with the nutes. I’ve heard people say in coco you should water till run off & I reckon they’re right.

Looks good mate! Are you happy with it?

well i am experiencing the same thing with the remaining plant unfortunately
i have been trying to flush it yesterday for like an hour, but it still got like 1.0 ec on drainage (however much better than previous 2.5 ec after a 5L tap water pour). it looks like a plant react on that very poorly, leaves are burnt and twisted
there is a like 1 more week, so i hope i’ll be able to properly flush it

its good, not strong as I would wish, but still quite good. together with second plant, i think it should suffice me through next cycle until next harvest
its not bad, doesn’t tar at smoke, and have pretty strong earthy smell, what i couldn’t get from local dealer’s weed for a long time, and it actually works better, because i feel like it gives much less negative effects on me. :+1:
maybe its just because its fresh. all we have is old and bumweed out here lol

:seedling: :trophy: congrats on a great crop! Especially with a new lighting technology. Those soil bags are neat. Never saw ones like that with the drawstring. Continued success to you.

I think guys, I should just cut it. I can’t get salt out of my soil. I’m bombing it with tons of tap water, but it still 1.0 EC on the run off, and I feel like the plant is just slowly dying. can see some mold appearing on certain stems, and the coloring i think is changing is not in the best way.
i think i should have mixed the soil with vermiculite or such to reduce amount of buffer in it. because now i can’t just flush it :persevere:
