Lest we forget FishyTales

Thank you for stopping by

@ReikoX thank you for your generosity as always!

@buzzmobile keep you elephant off my grass

I’ll leave her out in the sun for a few days and give her some supplemental lighting at night and see how she responds. Thanks for all your help

:gun: shootin from the hip(the real kind)

  • The leaves: nitrogen unavailable; prob pH ^7 not absence of N, curling from over-saturation…
  • Main stem going purple: phosphorus unavailable, same deal with §

:money_mouth: @ReikoX LITFA deficiency

I have been in that situation & tried leaching the soil… killed the plant.

Thanks CS. Not real worried about the purple of the stem as that is just a common stress response (as if looking at the leaves isn’t a good enough indicator she’s stressed). Thank you for the response and will take a look into fixing that. Any suggestions?

Sorry, PBR has been all the rage in the hipster bars for quite a few years now here in Southern California lol

Have you been messing with the ph? Looks like the problem to me. Or way to much humidity

When it’s overwatering… if you touch a leaf there will be no tension on the stem, they are just floppy. That’s how I know. Just an fyi

Southern California? It’s all good, I was talking about American bars :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

And no, haven’t changed anything in my soil to cause ph change. I did repot the plant and will see if that helps, if not, wasn’t meant to be

Oops left most important present (to me)… this is a good friends reproduction of dosidos. AFAIK I’m the only person who has it other than the gentleman that bred and grew her out. There may be others with her, but I’m not aware of any.

Seems like overwater was the issue. Dried her out and seems to be on the rebound

Are you flowering under the sun? Or did you bring one outdoors for a photo shoot?
Good looking color.

Natural sunlight for flowering when inside is full

You are braver than I am.

Lol. Nothing about brave. Just adapt to situations as they come. May have to tarp them overnight once or twice, but otherwise not much of an issue. Winter runs are always pest free. That’s the silver lining I guess. But lack of environmental control would bother most.

I was referring to bravery in regard to growing them outdoors. Too many things besides bugs and weather that would concern me. I grew outdoors in my backyard when we lived in Ft. Myers. Helicopters and unexpected visitors don’t you know.

Anybody have any thoughts (other than expensive) on mammoth p?

Maybe it was mammoths peeing on your plant instead of elephants.:fearful:

My only thought today about mammoth p is I have not used it.
