Nice, looks like an Anole. Had one as a pet when i was a kid, they’ll change color to browns and beiges too!

Not my backyard but on my street. Came across this poor guy this morning. I believe its a weasel.

Ive never seen either before. It does have a white patch on its chest. 
Edit: After googling I agree mink. Apparently minks love water and I live on a lake.
