Use the video camera on your phone. That should pickup any concerning light leaks.

Like Danny says put your phone on video record and lay it on the floor, shut the box up and check the phone after. That’s what I do to test for light leaks on my small cabinets I can get in myself.

Well I have no problems in my cabinets with plants, I have 2 males atm throwing pollen everywhere. So Yes it works as well as it has to.
