Little white spots all over fan leaves

naw I toss them into a tub full of water and submerge them for 30min that drowns the suckers then I wash off the eggs. You don’t need to see them or even know they are there to drown their ass.

As I said, I did in The past, and avid is banned in my state so I never got it. But with proper use, It was popular back before the old overgrow shut down. dichlorvos have been used in grain storage as it’s a gas, not sure about current regulations.
The last time I did it, it was to a few clones I was given. I put them in a tote and closed the lid, then I opened and vented it outside. I personally know I can’t stand the stuff, I hold my breath and use gloves when I’m handling the strip.

ooof believe me as someone who used to use things like that… leave it on the shelf. I found after I got the power mite from health canada, those buggers would outlast the plant. The plant would die from dichlorvos gas poison before the mites lol! I could see them shedding their skins in an environment that would probably have killed me. I used to use it all the time to gas a clone before moving them into the grow, so they would be parasite free. Except then it failed. It gives me the creeps just thinking about that shit. oops sorry.

I’m looking at domyown.com now and there’s several abamectin products available to ship to Maine.

They say they’ll ship Avid anywhere in the 50 states, no restrictions.

All about what it’s labelled for and concentration. For instance, one abamectin product can’t be sold in Alaska and Connecticut, but a different one can.

If I put them in tub full of water will it not affect the plants? Do I have to ph the tub water?

Just plain water for 30min it drowns the bugs and the plants won’t even notice. You have to make sure all bugs are drowned and washed off. Clean the room too, I used a swiffer sweeper and mop to get all the floors clean. I wash the medium off the roots as well, You’ll have to figure that part out, if you want to or not. You have to break the life cycle of the mite/thrip and make sure not to get re-infested. Or else the problem starts over again.

That’s what I thought when he spoke about the poo, mites are so invisible that you don’t see their “remnants” … :sunglasses:

I had a spider mite issue and my local shop gave me a tester bottle of this Mammoth Bio Control and that stuff smoked the Mites. I have caught a couple on some of my almost finished flowering plants that don’t have that stuff on them but after they are harvested Im pretty sure my mite issue will be done with. I tried everything I could find and Neem Oil and Mammoth were by far the most effective for me.
