Mail interception

Anyone ever trade and both parties mail out a letter and then neither letter arrives after 4 weeks and counting?

Sounds like COD. Collection On Delivery. Nothing out of the ordinary. Except the fact almost no one uses that service.

I think if there was something wrong (legally speaking) they don’t need no runarounds to “catch” you, just pay if you like what you see … beer3|nullxnull

I know this is late reply, but I thought it might be useful…

Sometimes envelopes that I receive have a red stamp on them from the post office for whatever amount, usually like 35 cents for not including a non-machinable fee. On the next trip I make to the post office, I tell a postal worker that I got that on a letter, and I offer to pay cash. Sometimes they ring it up. Sometimes they say don’t worry about it.

Either way, conscience is clear.
