@stiffy when one of my TSL2000 drivers blew and I confirmed the same thing by trying the “off” board with the working driver I contacted Mars Hydro Canada and they sent me a free driver with the request that I cover shipping because I was well off warranty. $15 CAD and a few days later I was up and fully running again
Hopefully you’ll get the same great treatment and @MarsHydro just sends you a replacement driver if you’re still under warranty
Yeah, I hope they’ll send me down the same road
I sent them a link to a YouTube video I recorded showing the fault…and the receipt. Now I wait for Monday and hope they deal with me quickly. In the meantime I squeezes my ts1000 under the ts3000 to make up for the missing light on the other side of the tent
@stiffy we’re sorry that you’re having such problems! You can send me a pm with your order number and email address, and I will ask customer service to contact you ASAP.

Hello @MarsHydro,
Warrantie isn’t the point, I read that led lamps also decrease over time, and that is my question, I have a ts1000 with 2 years now and it is important to have an idea about output over time.
Under ideal conditions, it is 5w hours. And regarding this light attenuation, we are currently testing it internally, but the results show that there is no obvious change.
In addition, everyone’s usage method and frequency are different, so the usage time is also different, just like everyone’s replacement time of mobile phone is also different.
