Great job. I love doing stuff like that. Burying your posts in rock and gravel is always the best and just as strong as concrete without the rotting.
My sister was going to build a house on some land she bought on my grandparents old farm, and prices had risen so high by the time she was ready that she didn’t do it. That was two years ago or three. It was a blessing for me, because I found a real cheap property and she was able to finance it for me. She said a week earlier she would have said no but once she decided not to build she hooked me up. I had lost everything due to injuries/health issues so it was like a miracle to me. I love this old 125 year old house and property. And, we have a sawmill up the canyon, but last time I was there he didn’t have anything because they haven’t been bring him any new logs from the covid thing I think. He used to be so cheap. Probably not now… demand is increasing here as well. We are rural but getting found out. peace

Sorry everyone, somewhat running late. Things got a lil “heated” at my spot this morning!!! “Queen Bee” must have gotten a “bee stuck in her bonnet” last night…she literally woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I politely asked, “what’s UP with this, what got into you?” Man, was that the wrong thing to say!!! “Whaa, whaa, whaa” and then some. I’m confused, try to backtrack and remember if I had done something wrong. Then I hear about what’s going on at work, the frigging rain ruining her daily walks (don’t walk then!!!), etc. Then, I get hit with, I’m coming home early today, please have all you do done. Being a smart-ass and NOT liking ultimatums, I replied, “what time is early?” You know what she said??? “Three!!!” I said, right again…THREE more days to the Giveaway!!! I think she’s mad, but…I’ll do the dishes!!! SS/BW…mister
