MoBilly’s green room

I agree with MoBilly. I love to see my flowers forming. And then fattening up. Its a little slow. But the frickin’ anticipation!!!

I like stretch as well! Get your first real taste of what youre working with. How early will she frost? Are the nugs forming small and compact, or big and airy? What kind of smell will she take on? How big will they get? All sorts of answers start coming into sight.

I find its easier for me to be patient with my plants since I started growing perpetual, always have seedling/clones, veg tent always going same with flower and drying. plus it better occupy s my time . Hard part is staying clean, have a out of state trip to make soon so everythings been down since last harvest in may

Well I meant more so the transition period from veg to flower. Na I can’t wait for flower time! That’s my favorite part on all these grow journals is seeing those hairy nodes start to form and grow making it all that harder to wait on the personal grow. Maybe it gets easier as time goes and grows notch the belt

I hope not. I think that feeling of anticipation just primes the pump a little. It works in other aspects of life too.

Here is a question for those of you who push the envelope on nutrients.
How high, normally, would the ppm readings of water “in” be before you begin to see nute burn?
I know each plant is different, but just a ballpark idea. I’m going to raise the nute levels higher this grow than last on a few plants just to see if less is more in this case. I just don’t want to create a lockout situation either.
I’ll be watching runoff like a hawk.

not trying to be evasive but really think its got to do with whats in it exactly, and maybe chelates as well
I look at 800 ppm on the 500 scale as it should be ok, but that hasnt always been true. Ive used a few brands and they always seem different, I even burned tips using BioBizz organic at like 3/4 stren with one particular pheno

That makes sense and goes along with my notions. I have seven strains going at the same time. Each will be different. I’ll end up picking the two or three and bumping up until I see some tips beginning to turn and then back off a little.
I am amazed how these girls are so different from one to another.

I believe you can stop some of the tip burning by say a half hour after you feed(talking more syn)you go back and look at the tips, if they at all look yellowish start running some clear water thru them, many here feel flushing killz the plant though. While this works with liquid organics as well the time frame till you see it is different.
I know i will regret posting this

Here’s some new pics of the girls just because I care!

Well, tomorrow is watering day so I’ll try to put up another post if the readings aren’t within acceptable parameters.

Thanks once again.

Damn brother! Working that GDP. I got a little color from mine but nothing compared to what you look to be in for.

They all look good and there are those buds you were waiting for!

@BigMike55 @Crazy1 @LilJonB @Eagles009
Thanks guys. Yeah, it’s crazy Eagles. The purple is coming out in the pistols! I, at first, thought the girl was sic because of the dark pistols, lol, but several plants are purple as can be! Even two of the three LA Confidential clones are turning purple. The plant that I took them from never turned purple and I haven’t got a clue how those beautiful buds doubled in size in two days on almost every plant. That’s just crazy! But

And they have bigtime!
BTW guys, just look at the trichomes on that Critical bud! That’s amazing to me.

@Crazy1 . Welcome! I’m pleased that you decided to join in the mayhem! Jump in anywhere and know that I appreciate any feedback (no matter how off the wall because that’s kinda how I do things. LOL) or just BS’ing around. All are friends here.
The WW is not doing as well as I had hoped but it’s seems to be trying to catch up to the growth of the others. It just seems to be struggling. I believe @Eagles009 had problems with his Black Widow as well. They’re the same strain, just by a different name. It will have to be some real :fire: for me to want to grow out another real soon.

Hell yeah!

For what’s it worth i adored my white widow and kinda hate the black widow. My WW was funky, weird, pungent.

Ah, I got that mixed up @Eagles009 . The WW was KILLIN it during veg. She was a strong girl and still is really, but has not stretched out hardly at all and the buds are looking small compared to all but the Skywalker. The Skywalker is having the hardest time of all them. . Maybe it will kick into a higher gear soon. :crossed_fingers:
Maybe I’m just being impatient.

Fortunately, time will tell! I’ve also come to accept that they just aren’t all gonna be winners.
