I do use string or jute but I tie a big loop then pull string through the loop so as the stem grows the loop can expand.

Right. I make a loop wrap the string around the branch and send one end of the string through the loop. But when you have tension on the loop the plant finds it easier to just grow around it.
If you can just make one big loop or make it so the loop don’t slip your in business.

I think you need to water more often with at least 20% runoff to keep salts from building up. I don’t believe you can over water in hempys. The roots are in water all the time in the bottom 2 inches .

Nods, and when i tipped it to the drain hole, like i had to tilt it almost sideway to get anything to come out.
Not sure wtf I’m doing wrong to the one plant, but the leaves look damaged.
temp and rh have been consistent 40-50rh and 68-78 deg. 
I was curious about this. When i watered last night, i only watered till a little run-off.
I’ve read about salt buildup, that seems legit. The question I have is am I watering to run-off each time i water, or only the 1 time a week i flush with just ph’d water?

Copy. Me thinks that I’ve been not watering enough then.
First, i was watering daily, but not to 20% runoff (jacks nutes)
Then, i was watering every 2 days, but not to 20% runoff (jacks nutes, flush 1x week ph water)
Now - I’m going to drown these bitches…LOL…with love of course

Yeah you definitely need to water more frequently than three days now. Every other day for now should be good.

They all got a gallon of water w/jacks. Substantial runoff. Going to just do this every other day thx @ReikoX - not really sure about frequency yet, or how to determine with a hempy. Just going to keep truckin till they either improve or 
don’t. LOL

Start every other day, you will likely need to water daily in full flower.

Exactly. I’m cutting down to just 12 plants in the flower tent as the soil grows finish up.
Time to focus on quality rather than throwing out slop.

usually it’s EC 1.4 and ph 5.5 as a generalization.
