My first Hydro Setup 🌿

And the ladies are standing taller and taller! A doubt, you keep retightening the pipe cleaners as they (the plants) keep pulling while growing? Heck of a gardener, that’s what you are!

If they’re really loose I’ll tighten them up, but as a rule, in flower they’re not as bendy, and I’m always freaked out about snapping off a cola.

Win the lottery so I can have hydraulic lift and spin ing tables for the plants. Any engineers out there? Lol

Well, looks like we have 9/12 - the three that didn’t crack in 24 hours didn’t make the cut.

Ain’t got no time for weak seeds muahahahahaha. :grimacing:

Veg
Before 2 gallon flush, fed with Jacks 20-20-20 (5.9 , 1.0 ec)
Tested runnoff after = 6.4 / .8 ec
2 gallon ph 5.8 flush
Runoff = 6.8/ 1.2 ec

We have ph lockout. No wonder the God Bud is crying for help.

Flower
2 gallon ph 5.8 flush each
Back tray
Runoff = 5.4 ph / .7 ec
Front tray
Runoff = 5.4 ph / 1.1 ec
Purple cake
Runoff = 5.5 ph / .8 ec

Cherry Queen is popping!

Ugggggg - manslaughter. Maybe now that I’ll be checking runoff I can get em under control. :grimacing::dizzy_face::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Finally got the new light up! Super stoked

:v::peace_symbol::call_me_hand:

Edit - have to figure out how to isolate individual plant runoff. My sneaking suspicion is going to be a saucer and meter each one…cripes, already at like 1.5 hours watering lmfao.

Hobby? Nah, this is a lifestyle

What is the ideal ph for hydro/passive?

Is this accurate? I mean, I like that 5.1 is the low end, as some of mine are currently at that ph, but looking for optimal to shoot for, keeping in mind the +/- for drift.

On the wiki faq 5.1 - 5.9, optimal 5.2? So figure 5.5 with a +/- .3 seems like it would be perfect. Anyone have some input?
