They grow huge if giving enough pot size and room.
Like 20 good seeds and the other 19 were a little funky or squishy, ill uppot them to 1 gallon pots when i get back i reckon but thatll be like the 23rd ish at the earliest

Are they yellow? Are they sick? No idea and cant do crap if they are but they are getting a tiny bit bigger each day so all is good and the water is still flowing.

Did you not put any clay balls in the bottom of the solo cups bro??? The soil looks absolutely saturated. The clay balls being slightly above water level wick the water up to the soil. I’ve grown in my autopots with just soil myself in the past but my soil never got as soaked as that. Your plants themselves don’t seem to mind though to be honest.

Yeah just plain compost, it does look saturated but the cycle is speeding up so they will be getting more dry time. I was worried but decided to see what happens

If it’s too wet root growth will be very very verrrry slow ( lack of air in root zone leading to other problems ) and a build up of ec if feeding
Top of pots when bottom feeding should be dry
ie a good balance from wet to dry throughout pot so nice air to roots
Better to sort now than wait till problems show then it’s too late and plants will take forever to recover

Got someone to check on them, looks overwatered so water is turned off and open to suggestions to reduce the water they can wick up

Leave the autopot system turned off and hand water every few days until they get re potted. When you re pot put a layer of clay balls in the bottom of the pots before your medium then put then turn the autopot back on again.

Nothing to see, water is off, recovery from overwatering is underway so they have some dead bottom leafs

Recovery is slow, all are on stands at the moment but getting greener. They did well for surviving a while, just gonna veg them till i fill my area.
Waiting on some more clay pebbles for the pots then theyll get an uppot.

If you pop more seeds and don’t run into same issues as befor , they will likely easily overtake the ones you got going now and make lookin in your grow a more pleasurable experience for yourself : )

Need advice on bucket size and shape. Pump/s and number of buckets.
Id like each bucket to be stand alone except im happy to run multiple buckets off one air pump and probably will.
Id like a bit of info on whats a reasonable size plant per bucket size if you say suggest a 20L could you could fill a 2x2 area with it? Would a 35L do it better in the same time? Would i be better going for 4 of them in a 2x2?
Also net pot size opinions?
Short squat buckets?
Tall thin buckets?
Square?
Round?
I have big airs stones new (4 x cylinder can shape ) plus one new big double boss hog ( American ) and two ehiem 400 air pumps ( German , fish tank type ) one used for Rez for a month and one new , up for trade or sale : ) as a bundle , think I have 4 new net pots too
So just 4 buckets and airlines required

For security reasons I had to quit growing in shed outside and come into house so I bought this quieter system but the only place my wife was happy with me growing in the end has low ceiling 4ft so I had to go f and d semi sog ,haappy wife happy life
I also have a Brand new ez cloner I bought on hols in America minus American pump too up for grabs
