My Water Culture

hah hah no there’s a purpose I’m not just a madman. The specifics of why I’m doing what I’m doing is, of course confidential. Sponsors, huge batches of weed, if you know Canadian cannabis laws - you can connect the dots.

What is in the holes?

I see now .
Neoprene

They are operational now! Took forever to clean out the scum, no wonder I got those buckets for free. Get what you pay for lol! I’ll post a photo later of the meat breath clones in there after the water warms up a bit.
This is the hallmark of the entire operation at max capacity. I don’t think there is anywhere left to go except upgrade the lights themselves.

Do you change the sleeves or do the stems stretch them?

sleeves? If you mean the neoprene it definitely gets warped by the stem. I soak em in hot water to return to normal. Usually where the X is cut in the neoprene opens up as the stem expands. It’s only dangerous to seedling without hard stems, they have to have something keep the crack open so it doesn’t crush the plant.

Yeah you got it. I was super stoned and my brain wasn’t working at the time. Lol… but that a cool idea. No baskets and all that.

I found the plants were destroying the baskets with their roots. Literally smashing holes through the nets! Then trying to get the root ball out of there afterwards? forget about it! heh heh Instead I use those net pots for rhizome plants like the mountain huckleberries. Their rhizome can grow out of the side of the pot, and entertain me. I still have all those pots from when I used to run standard DWC, but I’m always looking to get rid of problems, and those pots were a problem, along with the hydrotron. Those expanded clay pellets were definitely a problem. For starters, a 6 foot tall plant would fall over anyways, so I couldn’t fathom the purpose. They always try and sell you pots for some reason.

I think crazydose is good for the meat breath plants. They are all forming a kind of cola now like that previous one I kept holding my thumb next to. Wow and harvest is soon, I’ve got the next generation ready to go! It’s gonna be…big bud, meat breath, meat breath, big bud, big bud, meat breath, meat breath! LOL! I’ll toss something else in there to break it up.
