I had the same problem with this one

I think it does not work correctly if the pictures are too small/ don’t have to be resized.

You are right… it works only if they are bigger and have thumbnails generated.

You can test new gallery grid layout in this topic: Test of the grid thingy :). There are also some other tips…

Does the picture grid show up on preview?

Unfortunately no… (there is only vertical line highlighting selected images). You need to press Reply to see the grid in action and then eventually edit it.

Thanks @LemonadeJoe for evolving Overgrow. I was looking for an application to do this exact thing. Can’t wait to see what other features will come in the future.

I would like to know how to combine my grows. Year later. I’m always late.

New Grid Layout Update!

The Grid Gallery Feature has got a revamp. It’s fresh, reliable and easy to setup.

See @PhilCuisine’s post above for example.

All you need to do is wrap the images in [grid] ... [/grid] tags.

All thumbnail grids from the previous layout are in the process of migrating to the current layout. Should be ready in an hour or so…

You’re really doing an in depth upgrade :+1:

It’s also possible to transform multiple images in a grid/gallery by clicking the grid button at the bottom left of the first image in the preview panel of the editor, near its name/title.

If you have used the old feature, please check your old grid galleries. They should be migrated to the new format. Let me know if there are any issues. Thanks.
