Unsmoked until I get a hold of it. I love throwing one of these on for a couple of hours, beside something I’m cooking all day. Once it is smoked you slice it up and just give it a quick warm up in the frying pan and it is beyond delicious.

I had a friend who was a cartographer for the state of Arizona. After several years, he lost his job. Poor guy totally lost his sense of Yuma.
