Good for you. Poor customer service upsets me also. When you pay thay much for seeds, you deserve viable seeds.
Its easy enough for plenty of the rest of us to never order from them, so they should heed your concern.

That sucks they used to have real good customer service , I ha s spoke to Angus a few times and he always made a real effort to be as helpfull as possible.

Companies like this need to black listed. They offer to fix a problem for pr. You bring forth the problem. They then delete offer. That’s total BS. that company needs to be avoided like the plauge if they can’t even do what they say they will do.

I am worried about the rest of the stock of seed I got from them. But screw it they have dropped in my growing priority. Life is what you make it but a big shout out to the real seed company. You guys can lick my balls
