Old guy grows. ✌️

Couple updated by pics of the kids.
Sorry for the washed out look from the hps / flash combo . :man_facepalming:

Candy Dropz. Showing some dark purpling already on both girls.

Night temps are usually 70-72 so leaning more to genetics expressing themselves.

And have a dark pink pistil party starting with one of my Maui’s.

The other one is still a lighter green colour.

Hope ur havin a good day and the storm clean up goes well for the upper east coasters.:pray:
Stay safe and lit folks.

Sorry for the absence folks. Been a lil bit. :man_facepalming:

Currently have 7 bigger girls going outside that were started around the 4 of Feb. put them outside 14 May just cause I had no more height inside :joy:

Left to right they are
Grand Daddy Purple from @Enjoi802 Last Green Valley seeds. ( topped )
Special Queen #1 from RQS.
Durban Poison from Dutch Passion.
Maui Cherry Bomb from Rap genetics.
Another Durban Poison ( topped ).
And 2 Sour Diesel ‘s originally from Blimburn but these were an unintended cross with an auto I had that spit some pollen.

Still have 3 seedlings that have to go out in the next few days.
A Melted Strawberries photo.
Creepy Crawly Caramel auto. ( @repins12 )
And an Alien Orange Congolese / Candy Dropz cross. A result of a CD hermie pollen spit at start of flower that I missed.

Not a huge amount of seed but enough that it’s worth taking a second look when twisting one up.
:joy:

Here’s the Candy Dropz at harvest.

Sorry for the blurry pics. :man_facepalming:
Curious to see if it brings any of the candy smell into the mix on the AOC cause it smelled amazing. Like a grapey , cherry sweet candy smell like the old school hard tinned candies of the same name.

Working on Getting some support in place for the big ones with the 6 ft stakes and 4 ft cross pieces.
And also getting them spread out so they’ll have enough room to breath later.
Couple more pallets should do it and then they’ll each have their own space.

Hope everybody has a fantastic Fryday.
Stay safe and lit folks. Happy growing. :+1:

Evening folks.
Time for an update I see.

Girls are doing well. :call_me_hand::pray:
Have 6 of them in or starting to flower.
The 2 Sour D’s are furthest along at coming up on 3 weeks.

The Durbans are right behind at almost 2 ish weeks.

Second one is a lil behind the other.

GDP is just starting. Should be in by next week.

And a Creepy Crawly Caramel auto from our brother @repins12

The Maui :cherries::bomb: is still in veg.

And the Special Queen is too.

And the AOC and the Melted Strawberries in the 20 and 10 gal pots respectively.

I think I like the early morning pics best as they wake up to the day.:green_heart:
Always puts a smile on my face.

Hope you all have a great night and a fantastic Fryday tomorrow. .:pray:

Good day folks. Been pretty lax getting a journal update underway. My sincerest Apologies.

Last outdoor was shut down in early September when Fiona roared thru here. Total loss on the 5 remaining ladies unfortunately. What wasn’t broken or shredded was bruised so bad from the wind and rain that it all went moldy within 48 hrs after the storm.
I did manage to save and harvest the AOC / Candy Dropz and the Melted Strawberries.
I had moved them inside to my living room till the power came back on 4 days later.

5 weeks later.

Melted Strawberries. Nugget at harvest.

And AOC/CD upper cola.

And a few trimmed AOC/CD nuglets ready for the screen.

Ended up with bugs and had been dealing with so much mold outdoor that I ended up with a dandy chest infection that really sapped the strength. So took the winter off for a lil recoup time.

But feeling better now so here’s the spring 23 well under way now.

Germinated 4 1/2 weeks ago.
Tent shot with the kids awaiting transplant to the 3 gal bags for the next 5 weeks or so till they can go out.

We have.
Back left. NL#5. Unfortunately the flip was blank other than the strain name. Not sure who it came from here. Last spring box I think.
Pure Michigan f3 from @TestOfOath in frt.
2 sunshine daydream f2 bx1 from @HolyAngel
2 Alien Orange Congolese x Candy Dropz from me.. Lil inadvertent cross. So far no herms on what I’ve grown from those seed. :crossed_fingers:
2 Liquor Cookies Moonshine xChem d from @repins12
And a Purple Moonshine in back right from @Enjoi802
And we can’t forget the 2 lil ones from @Kyumonryu.
Wookiee O x Bing from his most generous recent give away. Thank you my friend.

Just filling the 3 gal bags and getting them ready.
:+1:

Stay safe and lit folks.
Have a very happy hump day.

Wow, I did a real shit job of labeling that flip. Sorry about that man. Yes, those are from me. They are from the 89’ British Columbia Seed Co release of NL5. Some real nice phenos in there. Hope they treat you well! Please tag me as they progress. Really stoked to see people growing these! :+1:

@holyangel thanks for tagging me! :v:

Thanks man! I will add, make sure your carbon filters are on point lmao. Couple of those phenos stink like no other.

Almost forgot, they don’t like light changes. They will go into flower at the drop of a hat, and they are difficult to get back into veg. I think I’m going to be running a few of my keeper mom outdoors this year. :v:

Mmmmmm. Looking forward to it.
This one is going outside so no filters. Lol.

Thank you kindly for the tips. Good to know.

Nice. I’ll have to check that out for sure. :+1:
Thanks again and have a safe one.

Morning folks. :wave::wave:

Got them into the 3 gal bags yesterday.
Noticed a definite stank in the room this morning when I opened the door.
Not sure which one yet but I’m likin it a lot. :+1:
I left the 2 Wookiee o x bing in the 1 liters for another week till the roots grow a bit more.
Not quite enough root ball to hold the soil together yet.
They all got a good feed at 6.2 and 550 ppm.
I’ll bump that up a tad on the next feed.

Guess that’s all for now.
Stay safe and lit folks.
