@Kami if you don’t find something you like in grass city you can go to Jerome bakers site, prices are usually the same across the board unless there’s a sale going on. And if you don’t find what you want on the JBD site they have a larger stock if you call the store direct or DM on IG. The folks working there are great about sending videos and photos of what they’ve got
EDIT: I swear to god I don’t work for them. Just a big fan of the old school tubes
yeah I’ve spoken with Jenn twice she gave me her cellphone to call her if I need something(super nice and helpful and just nice to speak with). I missed out on the solfire xmas bongs that were discounted. still kicking myself for not getting one
It’s so hard to follow their page, as well as JOB, and Matt, from RX, it’s like walking through the valley of temptation for my poor wallet. I’m actually in the process of talking myself into buying a Kilman double bubble phantom right now.
A couple of my favorites. Most are late era “Big Mike” pieces. I have a collection of his stuff going back to the mid-90s but, a lot of them are broken pieces I still can’t part with. (edit to correct spelling of “Big Mike”)
i tumbled yesterday for an FB auction for a Vasilly Crettol spoon that was priced too good to ignore. im pretty hyped even if i was telling myself i was gonna try to save some $$. looks like package is supposed to get here on Saturday, ill post pics before i dirty it up
Have had this pipe for years.Have had many many pieces over the years either became property of sheriff depts back in the day or dropped fell or someone dropped .Got it at a Gas station for 12 bucks. Was from when they made them with very thick glass. This pipe was tossed across a cement garage by a then girlfriend and it bounced like a ping pong ball and all it got was a small scratch the size of a bic pen head.I named it Homer, it looks like Homer Simpson’s head from the side I think about it every time I burn in it.Firs right in my palm and weed just don’t taste the same without it.
I wish I had a cooler story like I got it at a Dead show or at the Blue Heron Festival by some awesome home blown glass artist.Nope lol bought it at a Hindu run gas shop that was run by really cool dudes.Typical 1997 glass that was extremely cheap for back then.Glass was always expensive I’m the 90s
dude i like that one, its like between a peanut spoon and a hammer, very cool. any pipe that survives an encounter with a concrete floor gets a special place in the rotation for sure.
