some tasty looking meals … very nice!!
I’m grilling some venison kefta kebabs mixed with my own blend of spices.
These go great with some greek yogurt and baby spinach leaves rolled up in a flat bread :wink:

Have you tried to smoke one before? I’ve only heard of and had fried gator. Good family we know by lake Okeechobee owns a gator farm, yumm fried gator ribs.

Never smoked one before but I’ve had gators before…I guess I can use my china box to cook it but I just don’t have the time…

I was just thinking the fat in meat keeps it moist while tenderizing. Gator doesn’t have almost any fat and the fat it does have needs to be removed because it’s almost inedible it’s so bad.
