The weather doesn’t matter. I was out last week making a full lunch for guests while it was pouring rain. I ain’t skeered of a little rain. Only use lump charcoal an wood for fueling my smoker grill. The pit get only wood fired but haven’t used it yet this year. I smoked ribs in 5 degree weather and I will again. It’s always grilling weather…

To me it doesn’t matter what the weather is and having a grill/smoker in my garage during winter and cooking in my garage helps a lot…I also have a heated garage…btw, I have nothing flammable in my garage and when I smoke meats I pull out one of my cars and put my old school smoker in the same spot where I park my car…

I grill all winter long, it’s not the temp’s it’s the wind with a gas grill.

I married a carnivore… loves her beef. I do as well but a marinated pork loin is yummy as well.

My favorite store bought marinade is Speedie’s out of NY.

Y’all made me hungry for fire lol
Tonight was thin sliced ribeye because the butcher didn’t listen got 10 thin ones instead of 4 normal sized ones) with Worcestershire horseradish glaze right before pulling off the grill, corn on the cob, new potatoes with a little olive oil and seasoning and chibatta bread with homemade garlic herb spread.

Cooked over an oak fire.
I cooked myself with the last of the full spectrum hash oil lol.

I think coal can’t be beat for the meats but I actually prefer my veggies on gas. Best of both worlds.
