Happy 4th. of July from central Illinois folks…I always cook any kind of fish outdoors not in the house, it was a beautiful day today…

Whole catfish on the grill…I gotta make some kind of basket for grilling on this grill so it will be easier to turn the fish/meat without falling apart…

This is a first for me and I’m glad I did it, I’ve been thinking about it for awhile now…grilled baloney and cheese sandwich with tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, Boston bib lettuce and arugula from my garden…

My dad made this outdoor kitchen years ago, I own it now. Charcoal grill, 5 burner gas stove and a 4 burner griddle.
