Being a weed forum doesn’t make most of us that. Sure there’s some of that, but they stand out like sore thumbs.
Offering a contrarian view: Supply & demand control the ‘value’ of everything.
If ‘likes’ were unlimited, their value would decrease, conversely if everyone had one ‘like’ a week the value would skyrocket.
The concept of ‘likes’ in the online world has gained a life of it’s own and turned into some kind of Pavlov’s dog experiment…and we are the ‘dogs’ it seems to me.
I think currently we are near the ‘happy medium’, but would prefer to have no opinion on the subject.
“It’s in the terps brah.”
Seriously though a broader range of more diverse advertisers might be a blessing.
Are we big enough to attract such a thing?
I just googled “cannabis forum” and we’re pretty low.
I think it’s still a little taboo for some advertisers so the pool may be small.
Yes I’d be inclined to agree with that.
Imagine Miracle Grow as a sponsor. Then we’ll have made it.
People would lose their shit haha
Yeah they’re terrible. Once they took over Hawthorne my local shop stopped getting any free Botanicare samples. Those free samples were great. Liquid Karma is so expensive these days. Many blessings and much love
They’re both made by the same people. I still use botanicare. And miracle grow sometimes for that matter.
My apologies I was intending to reply to @JustANobody’s responses to your comment:

Pressed the wrong button. I recommend Botanicare often. Many blessings and much love
It’s all good bud, I’m just messing around. You’re good in my book
Same just joking. Many blessings and much love
Ehhh, just go for the glory. Monsanto for the win.
Objectionable maybe. Big time for sure.
They have a great terp enhancer called Round-Up. I’m sure there’s a completely legit study about it somewhere.
A Pyrrhic victory…
“Rainproof in 30 minutes…”
You guys ever mix round-up into your doctor pepper?
Perhaps miracle grow is too divisive an example.
There are a few ads on here I can’t wrap my head around.
PGRs “r” Us
Not sure, but I’m thinking that Doctor Pepper is how Monsanto discovered Round-Up in the first place.
