Cold roots will keep them slow growing, cold plus over-watered will be extra slow to recover from. Enclosing the space should help but also can lead to humidity issues if not properly vented. Covering the floor w a layer of foam board insulation can help.

The cold is definitely slowing them down but out here in norcal when it isn’t actively storming (like right now ) it barely hits 20% rh so I think the tent will only improve things
speaking of, I “finished” the tent, rolled the plants inside (they’re on a swanky grow light shelf I nabbed for dirt cheap off cl, so no worries about cold floors), and temps around the rootzone increased from 63 to 72 in just a few hours. The plants have been drying for a few days already and only 2 of the worst looking ones still had moist soil last morning, so I gave most of them a spritz from the spray bottle. I’m thinking most of the babies should pull through
