They are pretty mild on the smell so far but my fav one that big chunky momma is starting to develop some kind of soft sweet smell only way I can describe is it smells the way a marshmallow looks hahaha if that makes any sense? and it’s developing some floral potpourri type scent on the back end. Curious to see where this goes.

This one spear shaped OGKB x OMG is clear as day tart lemon to me. So far she’s the frontrunner in terp department and she’s very unique to me so I’m drawn towards her. I DON’T LIKE NO BASIC BITCH LMAO

Here’s some Doc Holiday x C99 doin her thang. She’s out of control. I’m considering doing a full tent of her next round.

She smells so amazing.

and the sad little caramel candy kush in the background that was shoved into the corner by big nose kate and neglected… what a bitch!

Thanks Jet

that’s OG Kush Breath (popular clone only speculated to related to urkle or cookie or something like that) crossed to Bodhis Old Momma Ghani

Here’s what I found out yesterday about her:

“OMG is a seedline i got long ago as old afghani from a private collector. its a beautiful lemon spice classic vintage commercial afghani. leans more to the hindu kush side then the acrid leathery stout plains afghani. has a perfect mind/body mix. i use both a male and a female from the line, the male is so resinous you can make hash from him.”

I’m thinking the Old Mother Ghani is completely dominating this cross. And the description is actually on point to what I’m experiencing. Strange smells from most of the shorter ones and lemon on that one spear shape.

Hope people will stick enough time with their avatars, they’re driving me nuts . Now I only recognize @cannabissequoia because of his signature .

I’m a fan of Guru, saw him in a concert in Madrid. Someone recommended me Jazzmatazz in a travel in Portugal, a good fusion between rap and jazz.

Hope you will stick around, there are good fellas in this site and we cannot give the rotten apples a victory by quitting.

Always impressed by your results, they speak for you, you know it is not the only thing I appreciate, keep posting … :sunglasses:

haha I’m guilty. I love to change up the avatar every once in a while.

I’m here to stay George thanks. Shit got crazy at home here for a while and paired with some internet burnout and all that other stuff, I stopped putting a whole lot of effort into any of it. But things are cooling off now, winter is here and I am going to make more effort

That wouldn’t surprise me. Afghanis do tend to be very dominant in 1st gen crosses. I’m about to run some more plants with OMG in them. Cherry Queen is a hybrid of OMG and Fat Cherry Afghani. I’ve always liked crosses with OMG… wish B-man would release it. I’d like to try it on its own sometime.

Which OMG x’s have you run so far lefthand? I’d love to know about em. I have a friend growing the Cherry Queen right now as well.

I’ve grown 3 I think. Cherry Queen – which I didn’t love, but my wife and one of my friends really thought it was amazing. Also Aborigine from strayfox. That one just grows like a beast. Really good structure too. There’s one more I think I grew a while back, but can’t remember right now.

I think what strikes me about OMG crosses is that they are just so tolerant. They stay happy through all kinds of abuse and still produce really well. I think it must be mid/high potency as well, because it was all fire.

I’d bet it’s probably a little lacking on the terps though. That’s probably what I’d look for if I had a pure version to make hybrids with… sativas that had a lot of punchy terps.

They do seem to be pretty darn tough :muscle: that’s for sure. What kind of high do they got? I’m completely fine even with mid potency if it has particularly great effects and flavor.

I’m completely unfamiliar with afghanis, other than the deep line alchemy I’ve never grown anything closely related. You seem to have an affinity for them and lots of experience. Is this one super stretchy sativa spear lookin thing some type of for lack of a better term “afghani sativa”? That’s one of the other OGKB x OMG and is lemony.

Was it a dog leanng behind a man driving a green Kawasaki Ninja? It was cool. Perhaps it’s the beguinning of Alzeihmer but it takes some time for me to recognize a person with new avatar, seems double-faced , never mind for this, just some burnt neurones and that’s all … :sunglasses:

For me, the seemed like a kush. My wife seems to prefer that kind of smoke, but I’m more about the lowland varieties.

Kush comes from high elevation in the Eastern side of Afghanistan. But I think the varieties that come from the South/West are more my style (Kandahar/Helmand). They’re more complex, with more varieties of terpenes. Structure and trichomes are not as impressive though.

I’ve never grown a Mazar from the North, but I have some from a few sources I’d like try pretty soon.

I am smoking some G99 at the moment, my first proper try since I Jarred it, about 5-6 weeks ago. My 5th toke on a 1/4 gram bud in my pipe and I am struggling to focus my eyes lol. This is pretty strong weed buddy :relieved:every toke pushes it higher, not hit a plateau yet :flushed:

Taste and buzz has definitely improved  from the first bud just after chopping. Definitely got the hash plant taste and a skunky fruit on the out breath. If you recon the DHXC99 and the katamel candy kush very s better, I can’t wait to try them ***** Michelin award :+1:
