HPS hell photos I know, but a few weeks into flower
Had to do a little bit of super cropping to maintain a somewhat even canopy. You can see the knuckles starting to form on a few plants

Havent updated in a while, just a little bit of early flowering. Everything going pretty smooth. Had to turn off the black dog for now because of the heat. Iâm gonna set up my 5x5 with another 1000W hps for now and start a run in there.

Thatâs rough to have a high dollar light like that and not be able to use it. What size of fan you running in that tent?

16 in hurricane wall mounted fan, 2 tower fans on high and a beastly 8 in fan directly under the LED blowing straight up at it wasnt able to keep it cool enough⌠although that may be partially my fault. I have the exhaust blowing from the tent to the room the tents are housed in and door is usually closed. Todayâs project is moving the AC from my room into the grow room and also exhausting the hot tent air out the window. Should help keep temps low enough in the room the keep the tent temp in the low to mid 80s

I was actually meaning your exhaust fan, my bad. I had 2, 4" fans on my 2x4, and was still having an issue at times, even with both of them running at 9. I traded for an 8", and itâs runs on 2. No issues so far.
It is difficult to control. We want to set up a closed system with a lung room eventually.

Oh thereâs 2 6in AC infinity. 1 hooked to HPS light and 1 hooked to carbon filter
But like I said, currently theyâre both exhausting straight into the grow room which is keeping the room temp around 75-80. When I set it up to exhaust out the window, it should be much cooler in the room. Adding an AC to fine tune the temp inside the tent with BOTH lights on is gonna be the solution I hope. (Pretty sure this goes without saying, but the plan is to have the AC keep the room around 60-65degrees that way the hot ass LED keeps the tent around low 80s Iâm hoping). Only 1 way to find out. Hell, it being so cold here Iâm bout to fire up the black dog and just open up the window. Should balance out right?

Depends on what you want for humidity. I was pulling straight in from outside for a while. The seedlings did not like it at all. If you have plenty of humidity, yeah, crack a window. Cracking it actually shouldnât hurt the humidity too bad.

I have my 2x4 seedling/cloner tent in my room, not my grow room. Itâs super dialed in now after losing my Alien Rift, Star Pupil, and Tangie stock a month or so ago. The flowering room is in the grow room and I have extra humidifiers on standby if adjustments need to be made. Whatâs gonna happen shortly is Iâm gonna cut 3 6in holes into a 4x4 sheet of plywood and stick it in the window to exhaust my ducting to outside. Iâll put screens on the outside so no unwanted visitors come in.
The 4x8 is the only tent running right now and itâs in mid-flower so I shouldnât experience major humidity issues. Keyword shouldnât lol. Still very possible. Once the exhaust is all good and the AC running properly, I should be on cruise control.

I was just telling my mother that out of all my strain collection, I have not 1 lemon. Is that lemon icing pretty comparable to the other lemon strains?

Would be the 1st Iâve grown. I had a NYC diesel auto that was pretty lemony-gas smelling. Alien Rift is supposed to have a unique lemon-ether funk. Iâve got a single Lemon Skunk goin right now so Iâll have to let ya know which way to go.
Sidenote: the flower (Lemon Icing)that this seed came from was very comparable to MAC1 when It comes to bag appeal. The only gram Iâve spent 20$ on at a dispo. Tasted like lemon cake. Not like a lemon head candy or lemonade, straight up sweet lemon cake. Iâm hoping to have similar results

Iâll be interested to hear. Apparently the terps in the lemon help her more than other strains.
